(Mind you my car is a current updated Subaru, they just happened to be out of stock in the part at the moment.) If you want an attitude and obnoxious sarcasm, maybe this is the place for you. Otherwise a total waste of time unfortunately.

This was on the second or third day I had it. He eventually sent someone to work on it and Called and apologize to me after his mechanic said it was installed improperly. Of course, this was after I threatened to give him a bad review. Now 5 1/2 years later, the motor has a bad bearing. I was told by Brett that it couldn't be fixed that I needed a new motor. He did give me a discount price of $2400 as opposed to $3000. I then looked up on both Google and ChatGPT about how long an electric golf cart motor should last if it's been well kept and serviced regularly. Both Google and ChatGPT said a golf cart motor that is electric, should last 20 to 30 years as long as it's been well maintained which mine was. I think it's safe to assume that I had a bad lemon. I want nothing more to do with this company so I did not choose to purchase the new motor. I'm done. Don't do business with this company. They charge a fortune for all of their parts. A club car or other more commonplace cart you can get the parts on Amazon. From ChatGPT: An electric golf cart motor will often last 20-30 years or more if it's properly maintained. In terms of usage, many owners get thousands of hours of operation before a motor needs rebuilding or replacement.

Not to mention that my interaction with Jeff was like the evil dead. Really sick man there I hope he gets the help he needs- to learn how to communicate and not throw nasty anger around. Customer service is pretty simple- if you have a diagnostic fee then when you drop off the car you let the customer know about your $150 diagnostic fee for all issues. Find another garage for your sanity.

The amp under the driver's seat has a DSP sitting loosely on top of it, sliding around every time the seat moves, and they actually hot glued the amp to the DSP. Who does that? They mounted fuses directly to the battery -- so what am I supposed to do when the battery needs replacing? The wiring is a complete disaster, a tangled mess with zero zip ties, and one tweeter is missing. I expected real professionals, not this careless, half baked nonsense. I'll take the blame for not spelling out every tiny detail, but that doesn't excuse the sheer indifference and laziness these guys showed. It's unbelievable. On top of all this, it took three weeks and cost over $3000. Also, I had to spend an additional $3500 to have it done properly.

I used to go to AutoBell Car Wash and their policy is: anything on the floor is trash, if you don't want something thrown away move it onto your seat. But you can just tell what's trash or not (like napkins, empty paper cups, plastic wrappings etc). The Charlotte locations will simply just pick up your paper trash and leave it on your seats and you get a junky car returned to you. I didn't even have to tell Lex of Jax, they had common sense to know it was trash and threw away or vacuumed it for me. And I also had two bird poop stain on my hood and they made sure it was gone.
