I had to go and buy some oil for the generator. Yes, I was actually surprised to see how come everybody was. Your typical auto parts store with about four customers inside practicing social distancing. There were three people there that were staff Hidden behind a screen and have contactless payment. I bought mobile one oil, it was clean, it was sick, and I didn't taste it, which I have no intention of doing.

These guys have always been pretty helpful with what you're looking for. They know where everything in the store is and if they don't have it I'll let you know what to do and where to go. They help with putting in your wiper's. They're also able to look up things on their computer to see if it will suit your car. We bought a steering wheel cover and they were able to see if it fits our car. I've also bought covers for my tire pressure air gauge thing - let's be real I don't know a lot about cars. Great place if you're looking for anything related to cars.

The employee the first day I went (A young short black guy) refused to install new windshield…read morewipers onto my car. There was absolutely no other customers in that store except me. A minute after I walked in the manager (Another black guy who was probably in his 40s) who is the only other worker in the store immediately says he's going to take his 30 minute break. He goes to the back. I asked the guy at the register to install my wipers that I was going to buy from the store, and he says something along the lines of "I can't do it because my manager is on break and nobody else will be in here to watch the store." There clearly wasn't any customers there during their shift and the manager decides to take his 30 minute break the second someone comes in asking for something? He eventually says he'll do it really quickly. He then says "hold on I need to check something." He walks outside, and says "it's raining I can't do it" IT WAS NOT RAINING AT ALL! There was not a drop of rain in the sky, yes it was cloudy, BUT THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO RAIN NO QUESTION ABOUT IT! Then he tells me HE CANT DO IT BECAUSE HE'LL GET SICK IF HE GOES OUTSIDE! The manager comes back up and says the same thing they can't do it because it's raining outside even though it wasn't. Then the manager told me I could do it myself. I responded by saying "oh no I don't work here" and then I walked out. BUT IF THEYRE SAYING I COULD DO IT THEN SURELY THEY CAN TOO! I can only assume they only work closing shift just to watch the store and that they don't actually know how to do anything so when someone comes in needing something done when they're there they're forced to come up with some ridiculous excuse on why they can't do it to avoid doing their jobs. HOWEVER, I did come in the day after and this older guy was able to put on my wipers and install a new battery in my car. He was super helpful and friendly! If you want something actually done, don't go in the store when those two lazy and incompetent workers are there.

I went to Jiffy Lube on Saturday for a simple oil change and tire rotation, in the process, they…read moreended up breaking off three studs from my back right tire and told me to go to Tire Kingdom to fix it. Tire Kingdom looked at it and said they don't want to touch it and there's nothing they can do to fix it as it's Jiffy Lube's responsibility. So now I'm sitting here with a car that is not operable and both shops don't know how to fix it, however, both said I should go to Japanese Auto Care to get it fixed. I came to Japanese Auto Care early Monday morning, fully expecting them to tell me to take it to a Mazda dealership or that they would be too busy to take me. To my pleasant surprise, that was not the case at all. Jimmy immediately said he would be able to get it taken care of and get me up and running same day. Jimmy called around to make sure that someone was able to provide the studs that were specific to my car, and kept me updated along the way. More importantly, while I sat there waiting for my car to be done (in a very clean and comfortable waiting room might I add), lots and lots of people filtered in and out, either picking up or dropping off, speaking to Jimmy as if they were family, considering they have been coming here for so long. Jimmy answered every single phone call that came through no matter how busy he was, and had such a kind and professional demeanor with each individual person he spoke to. Within a few hours I was finally headed home, thanks to Jimmy and team. They were able to do what other "popular" and corporate auto body shops couldn't. I know one thing that I have struggled with for the 11 years I've had my car, is finding a trustworthy, dependable mechanic, and I think I have finally found the one.

I…read morestarted bringing my Honda here for repairs and service over a year ago, after it broke down and another repair shop wanted huge amounts of money to repair various things they claimed needed fixing. I came to Jimmy at Japanese Auto Care, and it turns out I didn't even need all those other repairs quoted by the other place. Jimmy took care of what needed fixing and the car has been running smoothly, like new, ever since. Recently, I brought the car in for a tune up, oil change, tire check and rotation, etc. Great service, as usual. This is a long standing, family run business that provides excellent service for a very fair price. Jimmy is a gem, he is kind, caring, compassionate and honest. This is the only auto care service center I'll ever use. They are the best.

I live in Boca Raton, i drive from Glades Road to this location cause i feel the quality of parts…read moreis there. But i have to say their customer service is terrible. If you call your always placed on hold you can never figure out what they say before your placed on hold cause most times their busy inside and are frustrated by picking up the phone period. Then when u get a guy on the phone they rush you and their patients is thin. Today i called and waited for 10 mins before i was helped, i didn't even know if i called the right place cause the person whom answered the phone wasn't clear at all. When i did speak to a person there whom name was Neil, i gave him the info he needed, he asked me a question but i didn't know if he was speaking to me or a customer inside i hesitated to reply and then it happened, Neil decided to scream. I asked him why he was screaming and he replied because i didn't answer him.. I have never been screamed at by any customer service in my life. when i asked for a manager he said call back in the morning. i asked for a name he said ask for kenneth. i tried calling back not believing their wasnt a manage on duty when i called and asked the managers name was Neil.. Go figure same guy that screamed at me. with this said i went to auto zone and bought the parts i needed. Great ROI Neil!!!
