Now, apparently because of what the corporate geniuses at advanced have decided, my perks bucks account has been closed, with $60 available to me! As far as Im concerned Advanced has stolen $60 from me and excluded me from a program thats available to everyone else Without even asking me!!!! But, apparently im not the only one. A quick check of Reddit will show you they do it to everyone that actually buys autoparts and uses perk bucks regularly! Very bad business and shady as hell. They had my 2009 Honda Ridgeline for over seven days to correct the installation of the Rack and Pinion Steering unit they installed on the 15th of May 2026. Thanks for picking up my Honda Ridgeline 7 days after the 24th of May for a follow-up on the 1st of June 2026. I'm still experiencing steering issues with the installation and underbody noises. I won't be returning for any future mechanical services due to the inconvenience of this issue. Yes, in the past, they did do a superb job, but it's time to move on after this SNAFU.
