I ordered four new tires on Saturday, and was promised by Scott that they would be delivered and my truck ready on Monday. I also informed him that I would drop my truck off Saturday so that they had the ability to work on it at any time on Monday. I spoke with him about needing a rear alignment. When I arrived, he was confused as to why I was there. I then never received a call whatsoever on Monday from the location to inform me about the status of my vehicle, only to find out when I called them that two of the tires would not even arrive until the following day. This completely contradicts what I was told by Scott and promised. They never attempted to reach me to explain the delay, which caused me to have to take another day away from work without a vehicle. Then today, I had to call multiple times and spoke with Donovan, who while nice, literally said "I have no idea what is going on with your vehicle and nobody is responding to me when I ask them why they called you." This is horrible customer service for me to have to call multiple times to get answers. I then inquired about the status of my alignment, and was informed that the sales rep had not added the alignment to the ticket, therefore it had not been performed! Yet another delay. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I inquired about the warranty on my previous tires as they did not last very long and were under the stated warranty. They told me that the warranty was 30,000 miles, then corrected themselves and said 15,000 miles because the tires on the front and back are different sizes, so the warranty is then only 50%, yet when I asked for documentation of this, none was provided. I did not get close to the warranty, which was confirmed by Donovan. I then asked how they were going to fix that, and was finally offered a minimal discount. The customer should not have to do this, nor make the business do what is right by the customer when they have a warranty to honor. Finally, I had been receiving alerts in my vehicle's mobile app for two hours that the staff of the location never locked my car and left it unsecured sitting in the parking lot with my personal items in it. I am not sure what has happened at this location since I was there a year ago, but very disappointed in the complete lack of basic customer service and follow-up. I literally declined buying $3K in tires with my vehicle's dealership to give this location the business based on my previous excellent customer service, and that was clearly a bad decision. I cannot recommend this location after this absolutely horrible experience.

I called the Cumming location, said they would help me out no problem. As soon as I arrived, one of the young men helped me right away and found that there was no issue validating the warranty for the parts I needed replaced. After the official paperwork was done he even offered to help me out to my car with my items. Thank you for the great customer service and knowing how to do your job correctly. I pick it up, the brake pedal pressure is significantly different; the brakes don't engage until the pedal is at the floor. I assume the hydraulic pressure hasn't evened out, I drive it low speed for several miles, pumping the brakes. No change. I call again, and am offered a free repair, bring it in ASAP, we'll fix it. Cool, thanks. I know you're booked, and it's pretty easy to let an it bubble slip in. I bring it in, they get to it right away. 30 minutes later, they tell me it's ready, I test the brakes. No change. I let the guy know, he gets angry with me because he "just fixed it". You said you fixed it. it's not fixed. I go inside and let them know I'd like my money back, minus the cost of parta. They argue with me, I relent and let them try again. 20 minutes later, significant improvement, but not pre-failure status. I tell them that. They tell me they can bleed it again, they're explaining to me that my brakes I had failed (I was a HEO for over 5 years, I know how brakes work, thanks). I told him us talking likely wasn't going to settle it, and that I'd dispute the charge (minus parts) with my company, and sorry we had to have a rough morning. because I wanted to give them a fair shake, (I came in slightly irritated because I had to drive into Atlanta metro on nonexistent brakes before bringing it back to the shop) I had my daughter drive my truck around. She noted the pedal pressure is significantly spongier than before, but she also says "I don't think it's dangerous or anything, it's just not close to how it was". I'm not going to dispute the charges, but I will wonder why it took 3 trips, an argument, and a third-party confirming the repair was "acceptable" but not to the pre-failure state. I will not be returnin, and I will not encourage people I know to go there.
