(Kudos to Marshall and Wayne for trying!) We trusted this Express Oil location with oil changes and repairs since 2021. Unfortunately, a major repair in March 2025 revealed very serious issues. The shop installed aftermarket rear strut assemblies. Afterward, Honda performed an alignment and found the rear camber at -2.2° and -1.9°, outside factory specifications. Rear camber on this vehicle is not adjustable, so the geometry should fall within spec if the correct parts are used. Express Oil insists the parts are correct, even though the car cannot be aligned properly and now requires additional repair. Managers tried to reason with Regional Manager, but they declined replacing the part. The Managers are not allowed to provide Regional Manager contact information, so further communication must go through corporate. This same shop previously damaged the vehicle's oil-pan threads over time and a self-tapping screw was needed. Store managers, Marshall and Wayne, were polite and tried to help, but corporate policy blocked any real resolution. Because of this experience and the alignment results, I no longer trust their mechanical work. I recommend caution when having major repairs done here and suggest confirming all parts with the dealer before approving service. SO FRUSTRATED!

Luckily Yelp had reviews on most the shops in the area. Kaufman Tire had overall great reviews and after reading I figured I would give them a try. Wow, I was impressed on my first visit. Initially, I went in to have the oil changed on my car which they did at half the cost I was accustomed to using Valvoline Instant Oil Change sites previously. What really impressed me was they did a full inspection on my car and made recommendations for brake service on the front wheels. They did not try to upsell me on anything else. I had the brake work performed on another service visit and they did it quickly and again did not try to upsell me. I returned to bring in my wife's SUV which had a noise for some time. They inspected the vehicle and ended up replacing a rear wheel bearing and hub. I felt the cost was very reasonable and despite my telling them to do anything else that was required they did not try to do things that were not needed. I cannot say enough good about Kaufman, the service staff or their pricing. It is nice to find an auto mechanic shop that you can trust and I will be a regular customer.

This location has a reasonable wait time and I always feel they do a good job. When you buy tires rotation and balance is included for the life of the tires. They will also match competitors pricing. I buy an extra warranty for my tires so that if the tires pick up a nail they will repair it free. The waiting room is clean and comfortable with seating and a desk top if you need to bring your laptop.
