So I went to the store and I talked with the proprietor/owner Paul and he suggested what he thought I should get and I concurred. So I bought a good Kenwood touchscreen radio and four speakers costing approximately in total $2000. Along with a rear view backing camera. We arranged for an appointment to have the work done. The installer of my merchandise was a young man named Matt. This guy did a superb job installing this sound system however well doing so he mentioned to the owner Paul that he did not think I should purchase the speakers he said mine were quite adequate and he just didn't recommend it. Something about the ohms an electrical term. So Paul came out to the waiting room to talk to me and discuss this situation. He said Matt suggested not doing it and he agreed. so we have here the owner of a company that's been in business for more than 30 years telling a customer that maybe you shouldn't get the speakers. I thought to myself wow this is one class individual super honest person. Most people would not have even passed on that message I think. Well in doing so he saved me $500. I was so impressed with these two guys I just was flabbergasted that there was so much honesty here. So in closing I would recommend sound crafters to anybody and everybody I talk to about a new sound system for their vehicle and the utmost respect I have for that organization. This type of honesty just overwhelmed me with surprise. So I just wanna say thanks to Paul and Matt and the rest of the crew. Thank you for a job well done folks.

i just had my windshield changed. i prevously had a dash cam installed with my old windshield…read more all that needed to be done was make the wires neat. the guy said he couldn't do it for 2 weeks and it was $225.00 with a 1/2 deposit just to be put on the schudule. i said did not have a credit card but what i really meant to say was go f yourself. to update the response i got - when i was in the store you said it was $225 for 2.5 hours worth of work that equates to $90.00 an hour.on this fourm you are stating $150.00 per hour. also i told you the windshield was just replaced and i'm waiting on tint to go on top part. when i got home i told my roomate and we hooked it back in 5 min and we tested it and it works. we plugged some usb plug into the mount which the unit laches on to and that powered on the unit and inside cam. all i wanted was the wires strightened and tucked away. i never asked for a warrenty and wouldn't expect one if the cam blew out if all you did was tuck the wires. i just don't have a reciept from the oringnal install. but those who are good to me would of had a customer for life. i would of paid something like $50.00 - $75.00 give or take but apparently you think your too good for that. i don't do business with people who don't think their crap don't stink and tries to rip people off. there was no reason for a re install. it's been installed perfectly for a year

I called the office, Denise answered and I explained that I was not able to come back today due to the time of day and being far away. I told her that the next morning my wife had cancer treatment scheduled. Denise said come in when you can. Tuesday afternoon I took the car back. It was after 3 o'clock, Denise said there was not enough time to evaluate the car and fix before closing and asked me please bring it back in the morning. She asked me to be there at 7:30am when the owner John would be there. I agreed and showed up Wednesday morning at 7:30. I meet John no small talk, no asking what I did to the car, just professionalism and calm, and he just asked for the key and as soon as he had evaluated it he would tell me. He said the compressor had failed. By 11:00am it was fixed, a new compressor installed at no cost to me. While I was very stressed out, they were calm and always told me they would fix it and they did. These people are trustworthy and honest. They stand behind their work. Problems: Speed: Sold as LSV 20-25 mph capable. It only does 19 mph. Financing: Quoted $212/mo @ 5.99%. Contract came back with different payment and rate. Emailed owner Jimmy -- no response. The payment difference isn't huge, and I would've accepted it upfront. Issue is being told one thing and sold another. Tip for other buyers, that I should have done myself. Get everything in writing before you leave. 1 star for friendly staff and helping with tags. Losing 4 stars for misrepresentation and no follow-up. But I just have to give a big shoutout to Christian at Daytona Mercedes. Even though I ultimately did not end up making the drive down to purchase the vehicle we made a deal on, Christian absolutely went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was professional, patient, transparent as glass, and genuinely worked hard to try to put together a deal that made sense for me and my family. If it makes money it makes sense. What stood out the most was that he never made it feel like a typical pushy dealership experience. He communicated clearly, respected my time (especially since most of the communication was via text), worked through the numbers with me, followed up, and actually made me feel like he cared about earning my business the right way. The deal simply didn't work out in the end because of my family's timing and circumstances, but that had nothing to do with Christian's effort.
