Excellent service. I got the parts I needed for my car free. If you buy your parts at any Advance Auto Parts, they come with lifetime warranty. I had to get a battery and a mass air flow sensor here. The sensor I bought a few years ago went bad and because I kept the receipt, I got it free. Here is a big tip for you. Most parts bought here come with a lifetime warranty. I recommend keeping your receipts in your glove compartment. That way, when that part goes bad again, just find your closest Advance Auto Parts store and show them your receipt and - they will replace it. The battery came with a 3 year warranty but I since I bought it 7 years ago and it was out of warranty. read more

I like these guys. They know auto parts and if you are looking for something or have a particular problem you want to fix, their questioning will successfully complete their diagnosis and you will get the part of lubricant or the something that will fix your need. Very friendly and helpful. And they cross check with each other to confirm what it is that you want. Many times someone escorts me to the rack where the item exists. Nice. Women should not by shy or feel out-of-place here. The guys, and occasional female employee, will not treat you as an idiot, but will counsel you on what you need. And what my wife just loves is that they will put those wiper blades on and if it can be done in their parking lot they will do it for you at no extra charge. I find prices reasonable and only occasionally cannot get what I need immediately. Rarely, they will get it from another location or direct you there with a note as to what to ask for. I was having a crisis with my car battery. We went to the Auto Zone on Highway 160 in Tega Cay. They were extremely kind, and tested my battery for FREE!!! They tried to charge the battery for me and did it for FREE!!!! Unfortunately, we realized that my battery was DEAD . They were very friendly, kind and courteous. I asked them to help me match up some touch-up paint for my Toyota Camry. They did an excellent job explaining the process that needs to be done prior to applying touch-up paint. As soon as the weather gets nicer and quits snowing and raining, I hope to use the touch up paint on some of the dings & scratches on my car . Thanks y'all!!!! read more

Jarrod or Exavier is who you need to speak to about any car related troubles, especially Hondas. My AC went out in my 2010 Honda Civic back in January, and the heat we have had here lately was unbearable in my car with NO way to cool down. Full of Freon, just blowing nothing but hot air. Did some investigating, called around a few places, and they all said that it was probably my Compressor Clutch that went out, and could be anywhere from $500-$2000 to fix it. Drove up to AAP, talked to Jarrod, and he told me to check my AC Relay Fuse before I do anything else. It was a $7 part, ordered it from the Tega Cay location, picked it up and got it installed in the parking lot, and needless to say, my AC is alive and well and very cold once again. I visited this Advance Auto location this morning. I knew I needed a new battery for my car. Being a female, as well as a senior, I was afraid of being scammed out of more money than necessary. I had done my research on the Internet, and also had the advice of friends. I wanted to buy a new battery and have it installed for free. When I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted by Elmo, who happened to be the store manager. He could not have been more helpful! Within 15 minutes, I had my new battery installed, my old one gone, all at the fair price! I will definitely return to this location for any further problems with my car, and I would recommend Elmo and his staff !!! read more

I stopped by to buy a coolant, they had many choices which is great, great price as well, took it to cashier to pay but waited more than 5 mins but i was the only customer in their at that time. The man came to assist me then the phone rang the the man answered it then suddenly went to the back to check what the was asking, did not even say anything to me.
