My family has been loyal to this location since 2014. In the past couple of years the service has…read morebeen inadequate. There have been three occasions where we had to bring a car back because something was done improperly. (Tire bolts not tightened properly, oil pan not fastened, brakes squealing after repair) Each time it was blamed on training new technicians and management was properly apologetic. However this many failures tells me there is a problem with oversight and it's unacceptable to have to go out of our way to bring a vehicle back to correct carelessness. There is too much competition in the area now and we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

This Meineke charged $1,400 to fix hoses and brackets. Way over priced. Second, and more concerning, when we picked the car up, the passenger side front window had a crack that was about 8 inches long. Right where a passenger would look out ahead...in line of sight. The Meineke person said it wasn't their fault and they wouldn't be replacing the window. He did tell me it went up on a lift, but he said the crack wasn't from their service. Terrible service. BE WARNED....there's likelyhood that your car could get "phantom" damage from this shop...and they don't care.
