They walked me through what type of bulb they have and gave me what I needed and I was able to make the purchase and then they helped me to install the bulbs afterwards which was a great deal of help for me including helped me to add a Greece to the bulb to keep it from corroding for later use. It was exceptional service and it was excellent quality. I have gone to the competitors for many years and I decided to give them a try I will now be going to them from now on. Randy removed the blue tooth and found that was not the problem and tried just about everything including research on the internet to find the problem. To make a long story short, Hyundai's seem to have this problem. Randy spent hours on my car, removed the blue tooth and I was anticipating a rather large labor bill. NOT A DIME! He said he didn't fix the problem, so he didn't feel he could charge me. I will now be doing all my business with him! They are a class act!

They gave me a free estimate and physically showed me the areas on my vehicle that they planned to fix and explained why. They worked with my insurance company directly and saved me the hassle. Gerber also provided text message updates so I knew exactly when the parts were ordered and when they were expected. My only complaint was when insurance was debating if the car was going to be a total loss, Gerber stated they don't work on total loss vehicles - thus Id have to have the car towed someplace else. (if I wanted to buy it back from insurance) Fortunately, the insurance company did not total out the vehicle so I was able to have it repaired. They even washed the car and buffed the hood.
