So why didn't I go to Costco and spend a few dollars less for a battery? I did! When I took the battery home and tested it before installation it was at 60% capacity! I put it on a charger over night with no improvement. This is indicative of a battery damaged during shipping or on the shelf too long. I took it back for a return and asked why they don't test the batteries before selling it. Their response was this is Costco!

The price seems right inline with other places in the area. I arrived a little before 4:00 and was helped by Jerrad who was very kind, patient and helpful. My appointment wasn't showing in the system. I know things happen so I asked if it would be better for them if I came back in the morning. Jerrad nicely stated that they were going to honor their word and take care of me as scheduled. I thought that was very kind, professional and great business. I left my car while my mom and I ran some errands. About an hour later I received a text status/results and then a call letting me know my car was ready. They did find a few things wrong with my car but, they did not push me to immediately do the repairs. They explained them to me and advised which should be the next thing on the list I should repair. I recommend family and friends all of the time. Their integrity and value keep me coming back. Thieves. Steal something every time…read more Brought car in for oil change. Technicians take the skid plate off the car to change oil. Steals the 10 bolts that hold the skid plate on, and reattaches it with zip ties. Go back in months later for another oil change. Take pictures of every part of the car, including under the hood. Get oil change. Drive out of Jiffy lube, car overheats and will not move, easily. They stole the cap to the windshield wiper fluid, the cap to the oil, and the cap to the coolant. The coolant is boiling out of the engine and overheating the car. Drive 1 minute back to Jiffy Lube. Open the hood and show them. They lie and say "You didn't have any of those things when you showed up." This is an obviously lie, as I took a photo under the hood 2 minutes before the oil change, and driving without the coolant cap causes engine overheating. Tell the technician I'm going to search the shop for the caps. Walk 15 seconds away from my car. Technician yells "Oh I found them sir" and all 3 caps are magically back in the 15 seconds I wasn't looking at the car. The technician had them in his pocket, because he stole them. Had to buy more coolant before the car would move again. I'm not giving them a 3rd chance to strike out. EDIT: And they changed the oil but not the oil filter. They billed me for an oil filter, and did not replace it.

Most places I've been with my truck would just completely do the job WITHOUT asking if that is what you want to do. I love how I was given an ACTUALLY printout of my diagnostics of what is recommended and I can take it home and look at it. Came for an oil change which took 10-12mins. You definitely will be paying for maintenance but that is the price for keeping your vehicle in service and not broke down. It is honest service price in my opinion. Express Oil Change # 3090 945 Husk Box Way…read moreGrovetown, GA 30813 07/24/2026 Took my daughter's Honda Civic in for AC work; they replaced the A/C compressor and the condenser. They did not replace the brackets on the AC condenser. The A/C condenser was flopping around in front of the radiator. I discovered this when I went to replace my daughter's headlights. They were going to charge me double the retail pricing on the needed parts. $670.00 for the A/C compressor; my retail cost was $335.00. $270.00 for the A/C condenser; my retail cost was $135.00 at the local O'Reilly's. They were doubling the retail price and were going to charge me that ridiculous amount of money for the parts. I bought the parts, picked them up, delivered them to the repair shop, and saved myself over $470.00. They charged me over $1,200 in labor. On 08/23/26, when I discovered the missing brackets while replacing the headlights, I drove to "Pull a Part" and bought used brackets from a junk-yard vehicle, went home, and installed them to prevent any damage. On 08/24/26, I showed the Service Manager, Paul, my photos and video and explained the problems I had uncovered. He tried to tell me that the brackets might have been missing and that the mechanic was younger. He then gave me $10 in cash from his pocket for the brackets and offered me a free oil change to keep my business. I told him that if the brackets were missing, why was I never notified, and why was nothing mentioned on my invoice/receipt? Paul provided me with the District Manager's business card and said he would be at the shop tomorrow, and I could come back and see him. On 08/25/26, I met with Paul, the Service Manager, and Terry Grimes, the District Manager. I showed both of them my photos and the video. (which I had previously shown Paul). I explained my displeasure with the quality of workmanship. Terry tried to convince me that the brackets had not been on the vehicle when I brought it in for repair work. I informed him this shop was the only facility that had ever done AC repairs on this car. I played devil's advocate and asked: if the brackets weren't there when the car came in, why wasn't I informed of the missing brackets, and why wasn't anything ever listed on the invoice? Terry asked me what I felt was a solution. I informed him that since I discovered the problem, I had to spend over an hour driving to the junk yard, removing the needed parts, and then driving home and putting the missing parts back on my car. I felt that he owed me 2 hours of his labor rate for my inconvenience. He was very emphatic that that wasn't happening. He offered no other solutions or suggestions. A Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint is the next step. Corporate has refused to return any of my calls for on-line requests for 3 weeks. Terrible workmanship, unresponsive management. An upset customer who will never return!
