Even better I ended up with a screw in my tire from going over there, now I have to get my brakes/rotors done AND now my tires fixed... I left this shop with more work needed than I went in for... On the day of I received no calls, emails or texts and they did not come to pick up my car nor did they reach out for cancellation or rescheduling. I attempted to call twice around the fifteen minute late and hour late marks and was not able to contact anyone as their AI was not set for prompts with missed appointments. Look elsewhere, especially if your car is in good condition and only has a minor problem you're not willing to fix.
