Weber's Automotive Service was very prompt to respond and I was able to get an appointment scheduled straightaway. The place is conveniently located and the staff are very friendly and helpful. He also noticed the wheel bearing needed fixed and gave us a good deal to get everything done! I am so relieved to have my teenager driver driving a safe vehicle now! The front desk lady is rude and hateful. Quoted $125 plus tax in an email to put on side steps on…read moremy sons truck. Never mentioned additional charges. They pulled his truck in around 9:30 and called him shortly before 10 and told him the truck was ready and it's going to be $401! They did tell him while he was waiting at the shop that they were going to cut his old ones off and he said that was fine. Never told him while he was there they charge additional for that, which is fine. When we picked the truck up, claim they had to use 2 guys so it's $125 per hour per guy so total was $401. Kevin came out and did cut the cost down for him after I told the hateful lady to take them off. Beware of this place! They are shady and will charge additional to what they quote you! The owner reached out a few days later saying they did charge him $125 to put on his new running boards and they had to cut his old ones off which caused the added charge lol. Guess they charged $276 to cut old ones off. Who knows. The story changed with these people from the day of service to current. Very shady business!!!! I'd look elsewhere. This place is not worthy of a 1 star!
