Woodman's looked at my car right away and diagnosed a bad thermostat. My car was topped off with anti-freeze and he assured me I could make it to Knoxville Tennessee and get the repairs later. He wouldn't even let me pay for the antifreeze! I made it back to Knoxville just fine. My regular mechanic in Knoxville ordered a part and it won't come for two weeks. He also told me I can carefully drive my car until it is repaired. Woodman's are quick and they know what they are talking about.

The owner has zero responsibility for the work they do and always blame you or the car for their poor lack of care. I took my BMW M4 here for stripped lug nut, which they were able to remove. Then they proceed to over torque the lug nuts where they almost stripped and I barely got them off with a 5 foot breaker bar! I paid them to lower my car which was quoted at 3 hours. They call me to pick it up and it "took longer and charged me almost 2.5-3X more than originally quoted. Their employees don't test drive the car after servicing to make sure what they did was done correctly. Instead they call me that my car is finished and as soon as I drove off to go home, the rear of my car made super loud noises going over bumps. I immediately turned around and they looked at it, and I believe said they forgot to bolt something back. Really professional... then my alignment was off, and I had to bring it back again... they "fixed it" with of course, no paperwork for the alignment to show the before and after spec sheet, and was still bad.. I waited a week if I could just live with it and it bothered me still, especially for this vehicle, it's not a junker. I made an appointment to come back for the 3rd time and they had my appointment time wrong which I was understanding and was going to come back, until the owner comes in and asks me what's wrong "again" and said "I'm pretty tired of working on your car". Is this someone you want to bring your vehicle you work hard for and pay a lot of money for a shop to work on? I told him to refund my alignment and that they over torqued all my wheels after mentioning this issue the 2nd time, but clearly nobody cares here. He got up and walked out and I had to get my refund from the front desk for alignment. I own a business myself, and would never treat my customers this way, nor blame them for something I did wrong and not fix my mistake. Poor business customer service and service in general. Steer clear of this place for your own good.
