Dude had me in the store while he was outside smoking a cigarette. 10 mins later he walks in and doesn't even acknowledge I'm there. I had to ask to be checked out. After a scoff he got back up and checked me out without a single word. Good job autozone. I won't be back and I'll make sure everyone I know, knows about the trailer park circus going on in there ... 0/10. I'd rather take my chances driving on bad parts than ever go in that store again.

Each experience was a complete nightmare, rude service department, messy technicians leaving greasy handprints you know the drill you have been there. I decided to try Key for a regular scheduled maintenance; oil change and tire rotation etc. I am so happy with Key and will never go to another dealership as long as I am in the Dayton area. I was treated with respect and kindness. The service writer listened and asked appropriate questions and never talked down to me. I was actually greeted and had a pleasant conversation while waiting in the comfortable waiting area by Mr. Tobey himself. He even thanked me for coming in. In subsequent visits everything from making an appointment for service to the drivers that brought me home when I needed to leave my vehicle has been amazing. But they also repair just about anything. I bonded with most of the guys here because we were all truck drivers in the army. They always think its cool since I am a girl. Even without that fact they were always nice and never tried to get me to fix something that didn't need it. One time I came in and said "Jack, its leaking oil but I don't have any money yet, please don't let it cost too much". When I picked it up he said "I fixed the leak for now, just keep it topped off, but if you don't get a new tire you are going to die". How's that for honesty? My truck sucked and I was there often. They would drive me home, to work, or just give me one of their personal cars to drive. Jack let me haggle a little bit over cost, and would offer me a shot or a beer from his secret stash in the back to soften the blow. Once, after I practically dropped my paycheck to fix my ride he threw in a 6-pack of tall boys. That is service my friends. When I told them I was moving to Cali in my heap they were worried and checked it out for me. They did "just enough" work on it so I could make it there but told me to ditch the thing once I made it. I got to Cali with no problems. I only wish I had sold it sooner - it broke down within a few months and cost $700 just so I could then trade it in. Oh well.
