I called these guys and they told me to come right over even though their trailer guy was about to leave. I showed up and they had already diagnosed the problem over the phone. They walked out, fixed it, and didn't even charge me. They did NOT have to do that. Yes, it was a simple fix and only took 5 mins, but the point is they didn't have to do that. It's bright shiny, and always stocked. It's clean and bright. The guys behind the counter are happy to help out, and make themselves available when you need something. They quickly look up the part, and go to the supplies in the back, and retrieve it. They are polite and funny. Heck, that's half the reason to keep going back. This time it was for a tail light bulb. I don't know too much about the maintenance on my car (I know, I could do better, it's not my specialty). They show you how to do what you need, or will direct you to someone who knows.
