Good service, good works and good people! I found this place from amazon.com when I bought my tires on amazon.

I parked in slot 2 because it looked as if slot 1 was not going to be open. At 6:58 am, a girl comes walking out of the shop in regular clothes. I figured she must've been someone's girlfriend leaving so they could open up and get going. But she comes out of her vehicle walking back up with work clothes. She looked smug like she didn't even want to be at work. I thought how odd when she's got 2 minutes to change and get back out here. At this point, I'm already hesitant what to expect the service to be like. But she comes back out at 7:08. I'm like, cool, she about to check me in and I can be on my way quick as I work at 8 am. But she keeps walking past my car, so I roll down my window to let her know that I arrived first. She repeated that she goes in her own order and that it's going to be a while since no one else was there yet and wouldn't be for a while. Let me say this, I didn't waste no time biting my tongue and leaving. As someone in a customer serving base myself, and our hours start promptly for all our staff for our customers, we are professional and ready to go. I'd advise either restarting with quality employees who come on time and ready for service at your listed open hours.

I called to ask about getting an oil change and Charlie answered the phone. I genuinely thought for a second that I had reached some kind of automated or professional call system because of how clearly and professionally he answered. That's unfortunately pretty rare these days. Once I realized I was actually speaking to a real person, I was even more impressed. Charlie was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the conversation. No rushing me off the phone, no attitude, and no feeling like I was inconveniencing him just by asking questions. Customer service starts before you ever walk through the door, and Charlie absolutely nailed that first impression. If the service in the shop matches the professionalism I experienced on the phone, I'm looking forward to bringing my vehicle in. Great first impression. Give Charlie some recognition, he represents your business extremely well.

For some reason the back left tire was only 23 PSI as they put air back in the brand new tire (red flag). Then I drove home and just hours later the back tire was completely flat. Then I had to get the car back to the shop (for the third time) and have them fix the issue they caused. They had to replace the valve stem because they messed it up and it was leaking. Then I got the car back and within the first day the TPMS light came on and never shut off, so I had to take a fourth trip to the shop. They refused to fix the sensor and said the sensor battery must have just died (coincidentally) right after. They were going to charge me $150 for yet another one of their mistakes. I've paid this shop thousands of dollars over the years and this is how they treat their repeat customers. Stay away from this shop. Sloppy work and poor customer service.
