I called them and they told me to bring it in, to see if they had missed something or something was left undone. my husband was at the Taco Bell and we asked for a tow truck, they said okay, but if it was their fault we wouldn't have to pay for it but, if it was something else other than what they were fixing, we'd have to pay the towing. the owing fee was $150... from Taco Bell, to the shop. it wasn't even that far. my husband ended up asking help to push the car. we get a call the next day, that the car is ready. we come in, they said "alright, take it". didn't get charged or get any explanation. second incident, my husband brings in his 2015 Chevy Silverado. it needs breaks changed on all 4. tell me why it's $2,000 ?? what do we do, we bring all the parts. the brakes and brake pads and router, and caliber. just for the labor it was $700? which is crazy, cause my husband kept going back and forth with them. they kept telling him they weren't the right breaks, or pads, and my husband comes to talk to the machanic and he's like "oh sorry, we haven't even opened the boxes or looked at them" NEVERMIND, $680 to change one set of breaks, router and caliber. FUCKING CRAZY. I'm sorry but, they need better communication skills, and they take sooo long to get things done.

I went in for a service B. I requested an AC check as well as transmission mounts check. About 3 hours later I was told I had a "small maybe large" oil leak-from cam shaft plugs. and my AC compressor was out. Lindsey looked for a compressor and quoted the price making that priority. I was to return the next day for the repair. When I got in my vehicle to leave, AC was warm/hot and made sense because I was told the AC just wasn't circulating the refrigerant. Made it home and called a buddy over to look at the oil leak being Alpha didn't focus on that. Well what we found as soon as the hood was lifted-one of the cam plugs was protruding out. We both tried to figure how was an AC repair placed in front of an oil leak, leaking on to the exhaust, which is flammable. I had to get plugs before I could drive it back for the compressor repair. So my buddy felt that was suspicious and suggested we attempt to add freon just in case. Sure enough, a bottle of $50 Freon from Walmart did the trick. Ice ice cold now. Two days later I returned to Alpha because the tech forgot to reset my service menu. I pulled up with freezing AC and ran into Scot (GM) who is actually a cool dude. He reset my service menu, and we chatted about AC compressors. I mentioned what had happened and he said no way, if my AC was that cold, and after briefly looking under my hood, that I didn't need a compressor. All I asked for was a partial return on the AC recharge fee which I didn't think a couple hundred dollars would be a big deal. They didn't and couldn't provide the AC compressor test results so I have no idea what the situation is with my AC compressor other than the fact that I'm still riding cold. In summary, it seems like the higher priced service was the focus. However the Benz angels were on my side that day because the compressor couldn't make it there before closing. If it had, I would have gotten it replaced. I'd like to mention the importance of communication. Our vehicles work because a network of components communicate with each other so that we can enjoy a smooth safe ride. If techs, front desk, and drivers drops the ball in this area, our vehicles suffer and our pockets. We have to be willing to be honest and clear. Because of this, I just cannot recommend this particular location.

(I do understand that some mechanics bring their own tools to use.) I don't understand how they can keep up with all of their stuff when the place is such a mess. I got in to a minor accident and needed to get 3 quotes. I decided to go with Alpha since their…read morequote were more in line with the cost of the replacement mirror and labor, compared to the quotes that were half the cost of their quote. I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.
