I bought a used car a couple of months ago and had a 3 month 3k mile warranty that came with the car. After a trip to Arizona I had a couple of things I wanted to get checked out. First, Dawn went above and beyond to get us a vehicle while ours was getting checked out. We had also just been in a head on collision that totaled our other truck. So we desperately needed a loaner vehicle. Riley who organizes the loaners was as friendly as can be. And lastly, Torey was simply incredible. He kept me in the loop as to what was happening while they had the vehicle. Once it was diagnosed he was a great advocate for what needed to be done to fix the issues. Extremely knowledgeable and was able to pass on all that information to me and graciously deal with a multitude of questions. Kendall Ford has done a great job putting together an excellent team in their service department! Truly the best customer service I've had in a long time, if not the best. And additionally our sales person, Deigo who we worked with is excellent. We will be shopping with him again, now for a new truck. Highly recommend working with Kendall!

    We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2020 Ford F-150 from Kendall Ford in Meridian, expecting that it…read morehad been thoroughly inspected and that we could trust their service department if any issues arose. About a year after purchasing the truck, it began experiencing loss of power and performance issues. We brought it to Kendall before our extended warranty expired because we were concerned it could be an engine or transmission problem and specifically asked them to diagnose it thoroughly. Instead, we were told it was only spark plugs. At that same visit, we were also told the catalytic converters were bad. Then, at a later appointment in October, we were told the catalytic converters were perfectly fine. Eight months after our initial visit, the exact same symptoms were still occurring, and we brought the truck back. This time, we were told the entire engine needed to be replaced. After waiting through an engine replacement, we picked up the truck only to have the check engine light come back on just two days later. Now we're being told the catalytic converters are bad again--the very issue we were previously told was not a problem. It's hard to have confidence in a service department when the diagnosis keeps changing. What's been equally frustrating is the lack of communication. Emails go unanswered, phone calls aren't returned, and it's extremely difficult to get in touch with Brandon in the service department. The most disappointing part is that we brought this truck in before the warranty expired specifically because we wanted any major issues identified while they were still covered. Had the engine problem been properly diagnosed during that first visit instead of being dismissed as spark plugs, this entire situation may have been handled much differently. Instead, it feels like we're getting a different diagnosis every time we bring the truck in, with repairs being made one piece at a time rather than identifying the root cause. As customers, that doesn't inspire confidence--it feels like expensive guesswork. I cannot recommend Kendall Ford's service department based on our experience. We expected knowledgeable diagnostics, honest communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, we received inconsistent diagnoses, poor communication, and a truck that continues to have unresolved issues even after a complete engine replacement.
