Hi I am a very satisfied customer! Your service agent from store 1197 Jacob Pratz went above and beyond with his customer service. A nice surprise now days most people just want to get you rang up and out the door he even carried the battery out for me. I had asked at the counter if they install batteries and the others said yes if the car was at the store, well mine was dead in my garage! He actually after loading the battery offered to come to my house and hook up the battery, man that made my day, he d showed up after he got off work and installed it for me.I felt like I won the lottery! He had my name from my account and used my first name when addressing me, nice touch. It's an auto parts store. The employee I worked with was really nice and friendly. He helped me find the parts I was looking for without any problems. They seem to have a good in store inventory with a lot of miscellaneous parts and add ons for your vehicles. I don't do a lot of work on my own cars but I do a few regular maintenance things like the air filters. I will keep coming back here to pick up my auto part needs. read more

I've been to all 6 stores in the valley in one day because of them. They sold me the wrong struts. And when I went back to return them, they offered me a different solution that meant buying 2 100 dollar kits so they'd fit. At this point, I had no other option. They were at another location so I went there. And they weren't the right ones. They sent me to advanced auto parts where they were honest and told me the part doesn't exist or work. Went in to get battery charged, had to be insist I wanted it charged instead of buying a new battery. After it was charged an assistant manager, Aubrey, placed the battery on the counter and told me it was no good, I needed a new one. She then argued about putting it back in the car (I'm a female in my 70's). She wasn't going to put the cover or the part that secures the battery back on and she complained in the rudest manner the whole time about needing to help me. Went to store to buy a turn signal light. It was 10 minutes to close. After fumbling through their part number guide there was no turn signal column. The clerk had just finished with a client and did not come help me as the second employee rang out the first employees client. I asked the first employee for assistance. He typed in the computer my car and stated I needed a 4157. I returned to the aisle at 2 minutes to ten and started to look. Neither employee saw a need to assist me. But as I scoured the numbers on all the pretty packages of lights, employee one asked me cash or card tonight. I stated I did not know until I saw the price of the part. He informed me they were closing the register. I offered that being that I was the last person in the store maybe one of them could of helped me find that elusive 4157. They looked at me and said nothing, but at this point, not to worry, I had, had enough. They did follow me to the front door to lock it.
