The guy who runs it is a horrible human being. He does not tell you what you need in order to get your stuff from your car and then acts like you should just know it when you arrive... even on your second trip. In addition, he wants to do the absolute bare minimum and refuses to work a second past 5. The only way this place is still in business is because the police departments call them for a tow. PLEASE, save yourself from having one of the worst days of your life and find some place else.

Cory took a look at my tires, two of them low. One in such a state that he wouldn't refill it. We got them on the schedule same day to be replaced. Thanks to the program I bought with them when I got the tires (way back when) he told me to replace them would only be $30-ish per tire to replace. What a relief. And he took care of some things too. Once they got it up and got the tires off and looked inside, it was learned that there wasn't truly an issue. They replaced the valve stems and sent me on my way. While I was there longer than planned, they made things right, took care of me, and got things situated. Thanks to all, esp Cory!!

After a few days later, when I arrived to the shop for my appointment, we talked about my car and I even informed Philo that I had went to another shop (gates... lol) and they quoted me almost $3k to fix my passenger car door. Which, by the way, my passenger side door would not open at all nor would the window go all the way down without making noise. Philo stepped outside and took a look at my car, analyzed it carefully and said, "Yup. I can fix it! And for a better price!" Sure liked the sound of that!! We went back inside and he searched up car parts for my car and gave me an estimated price. However, he said he would do some more searching and send me an accurate estimate through email. Philo took my information and I went on my way. Later that night, he called me and gave me the actual estimated amount and I said, "Let's do it!" (By the way, ALOT cheaper than Gates!!) We set up an appointment, where I'd practically be carless and he sent me the quote through email. I went to Philo's shop the following day and gave him half the deposit! A week later, I took my car to the shop. 3 and a half days later, my car was ready for pick up. (P.s. I was so excited!) When I arrived, he explained to me what they did to my car and how they even cleaned it as well! (I appreciated that so much!) He handed me my keys, I gave him the other half of the money and went on about my business. I opened my passenger car door and had such a relief that I could finally open the door again. It almost looks brand new! They did an absolute great job!! I absolutely loved how Philo was very knowledgeable, caring, and always replied to me in a timely manner when I had questions! I 100% recommend Philo's Body Shop! They were overall amazing! Unfortunately, I only have photos after they fixed it. But trust me when I say this... that passenger side door would not open! In these photos, I'm showing where the work was done! Looks pretty nice and brand new if you ask me!

Buying the company next door and building a new service area. So, I stopped by a couple of weeks ago and asked about my Mini Cooper. I normally would have to go to Buchanan, MI or Ft Wayne or Indy to have it serviced. Well, fortunately the wonderful service people found a problem which was not relayed to me when I bought it last year. It cost me, but it was worth my peace of mind. They sent me a video of the problem and it worked out great. They definitely know what they are doing. I was impressed. Definitely will go there again.

I didn't hear the end of that, but the basic decency of the folks there won me over. I had a dust-up with a deer this summer--first ever in decades of Midwest living--and I guarantee you Jordan Toyota will get my business. My Toyota is a tank, still driving despite Hello, Deer, and the parts LAST.

The part was only $19 dollar, but labor was high. Was told needed tires which I knew they gave me some price quotes. But the problem was not even a week has pass and guess what engine light on again. Call back to check about it found out that I should have taken to Gurley Lee which is Certify on working on Buick was told that they can work on them but no recall work can be done by them. With me needing my car because of taking care of family members I wish they would have told me that in the beginning. Now have another appointment with Gurley Lee to check what work was done by Gates and to see why my Engine light is on again. Lesson Learn.
