so I came in for oil change stuff for the Toyota and found the oil right off (Castrol 0-20) and a…read morechoice of two oil filters (spendy or spendy-er) but could only locate the spendiest air filter (not the first time.) when I get to the counter the young-ish cashier asks if I found everything alright. so I tell him "no I did not" and then explain what I was looking for and how I rarely find the air filter I want when I actually need it so I might look if I'm in for something else... cashier suggests it's my fault for using the filter I had at the house otherwise I'd have it now and then giggles. if I got half the service at this AZ that I did in Wisconsin last week I would probably still be an AZ customer. instead the cashier decided to show me how clever he was rather than just feigning interest until I left... so yeah, I can't think of a reason I'd ever come back here when there's other places right up the street.

The two men who helped me, Eduardo and Harrison, provided me the best service I have ever received in any auto store and I am an old guy (81), so I have been to numerous auto supply stores throughout the U.S. in my lifetime. They were knowledgeable, courteous and patient and did an outstanding job of replacing my 10 year old battery in a 1995 Chevy Van. Plus they provided some wonderful answers and information for some other repair products I needed. I would recommend that their supervisor and distract manager, if they agree with this review, give them some recognition. Bevan even installed the new battery in my car. He plugged in an aux power unit to the car so that when my old battery was removed, I wouldn't lose all my digital settings on my radio, etc. He was very thorough and neat. He did a great job and I loved his attitude and demeanor (it was the end of a long Monday). I highly recommend Bevan and Advance Auto Parts at this location. FYI: the store number is correct. She didn't quite hear his smug remarks but she stood and asked him to repeat it. Once he knew she heard his original statement, he really became obnoxious. She asked for his name and he said that she didn't need his name. The lady then asked the cashier for the managers info and number with the rude associates name Josh. Is this how you treat your customers? I stood there stunned over this disrespect or lack of professionalism. I walked out the store and went to Walmart to get the items I needed. Josh is not a very nice man.

Had some air bags and a bed cover installed on my truck. All seemed well until a week or two and…read moreheard the air leaking out of the air line. Opened the hood to find my fuse box cover missing and the instruction manual to the air bags still open in the hood. Also the bed cover had two of the clamps fallen off and the tubes for the water drainage put in a location where the water would never drain I did contact installations unlimited and they said they would help with the air leak and wanted to make it right but for me too much went wrong. Please be cautious and double check the work before leaving.

My time at the dealership was minutes not hours. Manny the Finance Manager was great and went over all the fine lines of the contract with no pressure on buying any extras I wasn't interested in. We completed the process in a few minutes and was then introduced to Ray the Sales Manager. Ray made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and that the staff who assisted did a good job. I went there with the intention of getting a quote of the damage so I could take it to my insurance rep then get it fixed. That didn't happen. The lady was asking all sorts of questions that I couldn't answer and the answers I gave her was not to her liking. I really didn't think it was up to her to determine who was gonna pay the bill since the accident was not my fault and it shouldn't have any bearing on just getting a estimate.That is why I pay for insurance. I realized she was not going to give me a quote and I didn't want the conversation to escalate. . I just want to get my truck fixed without a bunch of drama. To say the least I was a bit irritated and I definitely won't be getting it fixed there! I'll take my business somewhere else. I spent the last forty years in body and paint and if worse comes to worse I'll fix it myself..
