Despite the fact I never received the item or that "pick a part" has free 30 day returns with no restocking fees I can attest that this man is 100% a Crook with no integrity. When I asked him to show me some paperwork that says 45% restocking fee he refused to show me any documentation to back it up. Essentially he's holding my money hostage and trying to hold on to a good chunk of it with the pretense of another business, with a proven track record of easy returns, is charging a ridiculous 45% restocking fee of almost $1500. So Yesterday i went into this particular store with my little daughter because someone hit my car and run off at Walmart parking lot. And the person messed up my front headlight and also by the side of my passenger side is totally messed up by that hit run person. So i drove my car to this particular store because my headlight was about fallen off. And Jaciel my God bless him very well, he came outside to see my car and he immediately suggested two options for me but I took the first option which is using glue( silicon) to glue all the areas that was messed up. He even gave me the glue gun for free to use because I was seriously running out of cash. And he gave me their masking tape to use for free, without him even caring if I will finish the whole tape. He really guide me through throughout gluing my car. Such a very nice, and humble gentleman.
