But she insisted like, no i have the honda accord and it took me a while to take it out, but let me ask my 2nd guy here. So she asked him if he could check it out. we both went outside and checked it out, then we went inside, to purchase it. he pointed me where the lights at. There were a bunch of them in this one section. It was just right across her counter. I swear this lady doesnt know what shes doing. She could've pointed at me where it was. So this guy, i wish i caught his name but to his description, he's a tall guy, wears a hat, with a beard. bec. He's really cool and friendly, he gave me his opinion which one is the brightest. I was really going for the highest end but not an LED. I really want an LED but i dont have $100. So i just went to the lower one before that, which cost me $60. He went out and even took him less than 10 min. To replace both of them. I know its not a big deal to most guys but to me it is, so i really appreciate his honesty and his service. He was very helpful. I dont know why, this place doesnt have any reviews, this place has been here for a long time.

Despite the fact I never received the item or that "pick a part" has free 30 day returns with no restocking fees I can attest that this man is 100% a Crook with no integrity. When I asked him to show me some paperwork that says 45% restocking fee he refused to show me any documentation to back it up. Essentially he's holding my money hostage and trying to hold on to a good chunk of it with the pretense of another business, with a proven track record of easy returns, is charging a ridiculous 45% restocking fee of almost $1500. How is this not illegal?
