I always come here for automotive parts and yesterday was the first time I dealt with any trouble. The lady in the front was giving me attitude and shutting me off. I tried to return I part I couldnt use because it was a inch longer then oem one. I barely left a scratch and was automatically told no, not in a good way but in a rude manner of something bothering her. I came in respectful Wanting to see if I can get my $ back because I couldn't fit the part at all. supposedly I was told "no return" when I had purchased the item and since I was was in a rush since they were close to closing time I was in n out and not told a word or I would of never bought the part. Rancho auto parts has 2 locations, but the Mo-Val location is better because they're open on Sunday's until 4 p.m and because Ronda works there and is the boss bit#$! Ronda was easy to talk to and I could be a dumb girl that didn't know car parts and ask her questions and not feel intimidated about it. I got a significant discount on a part that retails for more both online and in big chain auto parts stores. If they don't have the parts in stock she can have it there by the next day or within the week. Was on girlfriend duties and stopped by here on a Sunday around 3:20 p.m. to order a driveshaft seal for a 1996 Mazda Miata and met Ronda who was really nice and intelligent. I knew they didn't have the part in stock and needed to order and pay for it. She said the part would be there the next day around 11-11:30 a.m. I confirmed the part number was the same and she turned her computer screen around to show me a photo of the part to confirm this was the right part. The cost was $19.99 which was significantly cheaper than what it was going for online or at O'Reileys or Napa. I bought the part and noticed the price comparison was listed on the receipt. I went back and asked Ronda why it was at a discount (the part wasn't on sale) and she said, "Because I'm that good." There's only a few women in this world that can get away with that statement: Oprah, Beyoncé and Ronda. She also mentioned this was a genuine part and not an after market part. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude, her customer service level is not professional or helpful. We ordered a part and it was not the correct part. When we called the store, she answered, and was annoyed by the simple fact that it was the wrong part. The reason why stores have a return policy in place is to accommodate customers with concerns or issues. Therefore; her negative reaction to the part being returned was not necessary. This lady was sarcastic, laughed at my husband, and even hung up the phone on him. This is a customer service based environment and stablishment; therefore, her job is to assist customers and answer all questions with a professional and friendly attitude. If her behavior is not corrected, this business runs a risk of losing more customers. read more

Bad customer service as Business or disrespectful to well-paying customers .1st I called for a part for a customer 04 Nissan Maxima se 3.5 called and ordered a ignition coil I clearly stated I needed it for a 2004 I repeated myself to make sure , no misunderstanding now when I got the the shop and picked up my part was when I knew it was about to get frisky the part was put in my hand and I ask this is 04 right The clerk said yes which I understand people make mistakes every day but I to have a job and I still have time to make sure all my job duties are done correctly so this how I feel just take a lil time to get your job right ((Second problem was they words into my mouth saying that they heard me say it was for 95 that's crazy I thought the customer supposed to be right lol but God I just came in to get my parts and for my loss problem as of four customer service I have worked in many different type of work environment you guys should really take time to work on your people skills The next time I call I hope I'm not question of skill or laugh again thank you for your time read more
