A tow truck driver, and a man who said he was the owner, both were not wearing mask. This took place in a busy gas station/convenience store. Employee safety, customer safety and the safety of their community does not seem to be their priority or concern when it comes the pandemic. Anyone who is concerned about the spread of Covid or those who are in the high risk category, I suggest calling someone else for a tow. Disobeying the Minnesota state mandate makes one wonder what other mandates, safety protocols and laws they could be ignoring.

Immediately after we left, he called her and said "it looks like a family of scarecrows exploded in your car." In working in customer service myself, you don't make comments like that towards customers as it can put them off and make them feel ashamed and embarrassed. We all let our cars get bad sometimes, we KNOW, we're already embarrassed, you don't have to make it worse. She called him out on it and he told her to come pick up the car. So we walked in to try to have a chat with his manager on some professionalism, turns out, he's the owner, Kyle. Instead of trying to discuss anything, he just ran to the back after being called out for his unprofessionalism. Usually, I'm not the type to write reviews or even call out a crappy customer service experience, but his attitude and disrespect was just unreal. I have someone walk to the car IMMEDIATELY with a spare key, wait for TEN minutes and he never shows up. Despite me calling him back to confirm the presence of the key, within 3m, as instructed. I then get an automated text saying the ETA is 40min. Again, I'm in 90+ degree heat and higher humidity. When I call back for clarity, he says, "have them go away. I'll call back when I'm there." THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME. Don't do business with these people. They want to cause heat stroke or exhaustion.
