She was disrespectful to her 17 yr old employee in front of the customer they were working with and then she continued to rant to the customer about the employee when he walked away. I was told after I left while only asking for her Supervisor's name, she immediately reach out to either her DM or Regional Manager to alert them they would be contacted. I am sure she only provided her version of events. I have yet to receive a call back from either manager and it has been 4 days now. I used to think good employees were hard to come by, however if I were talked to like that, I would be fired on the spot because I would not allow anyone but my parents to speak to me that way. Not only that, I have personally witnessed a message of her telling this same employee to come in early, ahead of your schedule, but "Don't Clock In." I am almost positive that is illegal. In the 20+ years I have been with my company, I have never seen anything like this.

She grabbed a box, dropped it on the counter without a word, and when I asked if they had others in the back, she dismissively said they were "in many boxes" and made it clear she had no interest in helping. It wasn't the lack of stock that bothered me, but the rude and unprofessional attitude. I've chosen O'Reilly over other parts stores for over a year, but after this experience, I won't be returning. If local stores can't offer basic customer service--especially when prices are higher--there's no reason not to just shop online.

I saw I was an exit away from this store (#02700) and stopped for a replacement. They honored the request even though the wiper was along I-95. When they tried to install the Rain X blade it wouldn't connect. Checking the passenger wiper it fell off in the technicians hand. Long story short was they used another brand that connected to both wipers and got me back on the road. The staff went above and beyond to repair replace and offer great customer service.
