This is very conveniently located, easy to navigate and when I thought they didn't have the type/model of bulb that I desperately needed to get rid of that ANNOYING you-need-to-change-the-turn-signal-overly-speedy-tic sound, I engaged one of their friendly customer service folks who led me in the right direction and eased my concern that they didn't carry the EXACT type of bulb that my car's manufacturer manual "recommended".

Appointment was a week out. no…read moreproblem. i dropped my truck off for the appointment. 2 days later i get the work order to approve to have the work done. i noticed a large service on the work order was on there twice but with a different code. i called to address this issue and to see what my warranty was going to cover. i was told they would get back to me. 3 days later i had to call them to get an update. wouldn't you know, they have done nothing. so after a week of waiting for my appointment and 5 days after dropping it off i never even received a correct work order to approve. This service department is a joke. i will never go back.

PLEASE STOP FILTERING…read more Use to always love going to Napa for all my parts and car needs, though seems this location never had any parts in stock for what I needed ( side work in my garage) and when they did I noticed I was able to get same quality of part on line thru advance auto (to which is only one mile further down the road Vs driving to the Napa warehouse 15 miles further) and pick up in store cheaper. Over all still great customer service every time I have been.

The assistant manager ordered the battery from another store and instructed me to return an hour later. Returned and picked up the battery. Brought it home and found it to be dead. Returned to the store and was told I could wait a couple hours to charge it or pay $10 more for the next better quality battery since they didn't have the same battery in stock. Assistant manager called the manager who wouldn't agree to give me the next better battery for my troubles (3 trips to the store and installing/uninstalling a defective product) because they'd lose a few dollars. So they lost a customer. I asked for my money back and went to advance auto parts where I purchased a better battery at the same price. Save yourself the trouble... avoid this store and shop elsewhere.
