This service department is a joke. i will never go back.

Returned to the store and was told I could wait a couple hours to charge it or pay $10 more for the next better quality battery since they didn't have the same battery in stock. Assistant manager called the manager who wouldn't agree to give me the next better battery for my troubles (3 trips to the store and installing/uninstalling a defective product) because they'd lose a few dollars. So they lost a customer. I asked for my money back and went to advance auto parts where I purchased a better battery at the same price.
