The day I was to drive the 11hrs back to Charlotte, my Mercedes let out an Alarming Scraping sound, less than 5 mins into my journey. If not for MAVIS, their policy of Open on Sunday and the dedication from the Staff, headed up by John the location's Mgr., the event might well have been a more inconvenient issue. Big ups for the entire team in taking several avenues to find the source, then reracking the vehicle twice to listen and analyze, ultimately finding the source of the issue... all to ensure my safe return home. My issue held up two others customers and I insisted John allow me to pay for their repairs (both were inspections). He said he would do nothing of the sort and informed me MAVIS would cover their needs. This is the kind of service, dedication and command of the craft, sorely missing from our culture today! I've never been one to totally bash a business on Yelp, but what these people did to my husband is…read moreabsolutely sneaky and atrocious! My husband had his heart set on a specific car that this dealer had. We drove 2 1/2 hours each way on numerous occasions to make sure this was the car AND that the deal would be good for all parties. They promised to handle my husband's payoff of his lease AND his mileage extras. Well, here we are months later AND surprisingly the sneaky business is saying that wasn't discussed. We received a letter from the lease company that my husband owed 7500 in over mileage fees! Yes, 7,500 dollars! The whole reason my husband made the sale was so he did not have to pay these fees. Well, now we are in debt for 7,500 and Benedict said that they never agreed to this and basically we were had. So do not ever buy anything from them or trust them! They are absolutely the worst! Not to mention when we tried to call to see IF they received our check and we got toe run around that the saleswoman wasn't around, then the manager wasn't around. It took them over a week to call us AND each time it was a different story. So thanks Benedict for scamming the hardworking person!

Then out of the blue, my sales lady (who is awesome and I don't blame this on her) told me to try and call her cause she has some bad news. I called her and she states that the company will not give me the trade allowance that they told me just 2 weeks ago because it is getting to close to winter and we can't sell your car (2013 Camaro) at the auction or dealership and we don't want to hang on to it. This dealership was so great to work with until this, so friendly. They also were the best out of 4 (2-Oneonta, 1- Albany and them) dealerships to give me the best offer on my car. I have never heard of a dealership to back out of a offer after giving me my trade in value
