They always explain every step of the process and any hiccups along the way, they rectify. Recently, my vehicle had serious problems mechanically, and they worked with me to help get me to where I needed and ensured that I had coverage for any future problems on my next vehicle. They seriously will work with you on all aspects, to find common fair ground for both parties, and will be honest with you to give you up front information. I recently purchased a used Subaru from a used car dealer. The keys to my car needed batteries, so I stopped at Benedict Corporation. The service team there checked to see if the vehicle had any product recalls.It was discovered that there were two product recalls.I was unaware of this fact and now I will have a new catalytic converter on my car.So far, I have been pleased by my experience at Benedict Corporation. read more
