I called them up on the phone, barked the parts what I was looking for and quoted me $25 for the exchange. Total noob of me, I didn't know that if you exchange the bad part for the good part, they'll give me the motor for $25. Well, it ended up costing me $30 instead. Which is still very cost effective since a new one would set me back $60 - $75. Anyways, I got the part, paid for it and gave me a reciept. The guy at the counter told me that if I brung the bad part back in with the reciept, they would refund the $5 back to my credit card, which is AWESOME!! I can see myself coming back here in search of stuff to satisfy my inner grease monkey. Yes it's in the rougher part of downriver, but for some reason I was perfectly safe. I even walked outside my car, my feet actually touched pavement and walked from my car to the door. I'm disappointed I wasn't mugged or shot or any of that sort. Weeeeee!! Hooray for man stuff!

I told them that I believed some clips needed to be replaced and could I buy the clips from them and I would fix it myself ? The service agent said they did not sell the clips, but, they could sell me an entirely new trim piece that included the clips for $1000.00, plus labor if I wanted them to put it on. I declined. The next week I stopped at a body shop and got an estimate for $700.00. Crazy high for what I thought could be a simple fix. I declined. Later that month I was looking for a salvage part for mother's car. She needed a bumper after being victimized by a hit and run driver. I stopped by T&M Salvage just off Michigan Ave and met Simon and Shean. I found they do body work as well as sell auto parts so I had them check out my car and they gave me a very reasonable price to fix it. I took my car in and Shean worked on it for less than 20 minutes, installing 3 new clips. BOOM DONE !!!! EASY PEASY !!!! I am soooo impressed with Simon & Shean. It is so nice and refreshing to meet real, down to earth men, who possess the intelligence to fix things !!! Especially after dealing with techs, who can only replace parts for $$$$ and can fix nothing !!!! I can say I'd highly recommend this place to get your off road lighting done. They're fairly priced. One place had quoted me 900$ to install my Diode Dynamic ditch lights and an Auxbeam gang switch panel into the vehicle but Auto and Truck Accessories got me in at 400$ with free stickers and a pen. I'm not too "electrical savvy" with things when it comes to vehicles but all of the wire work is very cleanly installed and works just as it should. They drilled small holes to fit all of the wiring and zip ties them into places so they don't move or get in the way of things in the engine bay. Very detailed work as it seems. They also answered all of the questions I had. So don't be afraid to ask. Another thing to mention, they called me plenty of times while they were servicing the vehicle to make sure I agree what they were working on as well BONUS: I had an unaligned gap on the hood of my vehicle so I had asked them if they would be able to realign it since I had messed up the installation of my brackets on my own. They were open to fixing it which saved me time of doing it myself so I respect them for doing that.
