I said I already spent nearly $600 on the tints and he didn't care, he ignored me when I asked for a lower price. Very poor customer service. I was in the middle of my original tint and I told my person about my tints, randomly a guy comes out of the garage and says there are tints here and Shawn says oh, that's another $60 dollars to remove. Like I told you about my previous tints and you gave me a quote. Then add money to it? This company is money hungry and I'd recommend another place cause they don't care about you but just money. Job was done well but personnel in the business needs maybe a class or two on how to communicate with the public. If you hate your life working here then find a new place to work.

The inspection facility recommended Tint World. Lucky for me when, I arrived, they had an immediate opening. They removed the old tint which was much too dark, and installed a new lighter tint in about an hour - or less. Great job, great people, fair price: what more could you ask for!

Unfortunately, the corporate stuffed shirts have not aligned policies to provide acceptable customer service. I bought an ODB diagnostic dongle, connected it to my wifi (after it said Error 001 instead of saying "no internet connection", but it connected after moving the car closer to the house), but it repeatedly failed when it tried to download the firmware to the dongle. I drove back to the store the next day to return it and was told, "It is corporate policy not to accept an electronic item for return without the manager who is not here. You can return it tomorrow." Another fellow called today and had not been told any of the details of the return. I repeated and he said he used it without issue. He used an Apple phone, I used a Samsung. That piece of the problem never made it into his head, but should have since I explained it loudly enough for everyone in the store to know. They said in the store and on the phone that they could not refund the purchase without the physical credit card. My credit card company confirmed that a retailer CAN refund a purchase without storing all the credit card information. Since they cannot, then they need to fix their system. Can't return without a manager, must return to the store when a manager is there and they are not capable of a refund transaction without the card that the credit card company agreed with me that the do not need. Incompetent executives is the main problem with the commerce worldwide.

Three stops later, this location had the battery in stock. The swap was not easy but these store reps went above and beyond to help our family and get it done right. Even the store manager was able to work with his crew to ensure all went smooth. Lukas in particular was awesome.
