Ed quickly diagnosed the issue and found the exact grommet I needed--problem solved, or so I thought. When I went to leave, my own car wouldn't start. Jumping the battery didn't work, and Ed suggested it might be a faulty starter (which turned out to be exactly right). At that point I was pretty frazzled with two cars out of commission, but Ed stayed calm, kind, and incredibly helpful. He let me leave my car overnight and even suggested options for getting home. Thanks to him, I was able to Uber home, fix my husband's car, and deal with my own car the next day (which was indeed diagnosed with a bad starter). After a kind couple's attempt to jump the car didn't work, we were feeling pretty stuck--until we realized we were literally across the street from an O'Reilly Auto Parts. I called the store, and that's when Ed became our hero of the night. Without hesitation, he walked across the street with a jumper and got our car running again. And he didn't stop there! We headed over to the shop, bought a new battery, and Ed even installed it for us right then and there. Ed was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind--exactly the kind of person you hope to run into when your car dies and you're stuck with your plans derailed. I can't thank him enough. I passed this information along to Johnny's, but would I did not realize is that they would throw that information in the trash. They didn't bother to call about passing this along, and I had to call just to hear that they were already done, and they were very excited to present me with the bill. And of course, my issue was not resolved. And looking at the rest of these reviews, it seems that's exactly what these sleazy scumbags love to do. Bascially, they charge $150 an hour for labor, even if the labor is not to resolve the issue. If they want to charge you for draining fluids from your car, finding random things to replace, and BillyBob eating a sandwich in your car, you have no choice but to pay for their benevolent services! An absolute disgrace of a business that has no place in our community!

I have been extremely pleased with services I received at this location on multiple times. I've had a full synthetic oil change and they handled a few major concerns I had and my vehicle is running smoother. Owning a vehicle comes with regular maintenance and I'm glad I can trust AAA with my vehicle needs in these last couple months. They alleviated a lot of stress. I've previously been a dedicated Toyota or Firestone customer. I've had AAA membership for over a decade and I wish I had given them a try sooner.

The comprehensive safety check sounds good in theory but, in substance, not thorough- they missed noting my cabin air filter was removed. The video with the report is non-specific and mostly for "show." However, they did catch my need to replace spark plugs, which was needed per spec. The service manager, Mike, handles customers well and I appreciate the good value he gave me honoring a AAA coupon; no games. I often do this kind of routine work myself, but this was a cost effective and comfortable alternative to "DIY" in 85 degree heat.
