Over the last six years, the tint on my Wrangler did not fade, wear, or deteriorate at all. Fast-forward to this month and I had to go back to five star to get a new window tinted on my driver's door after having my car broken into. Setting up an appointment to bring my Jeep in was extremely easy, the pricing was straightforward and upfront, and the work was done extremely quickly. They take incredible pride in their work, and the quality of their tinting shows. I do wish the front windshield was a little darker but I definitely love the darkness of the other windows. It has definitely helped with my migraines and keeping the car cooler. Just a side note they may take your vehicle to their other shop to do the tint. I wasn't particularly crazy about not being told someone might have to drive my car elsewhere. Overall I'm happy.

A bonus was the kindness the shop showed in accommodating a mistake I made regarding the time we had scheduled. The shop and waiting area are clean and the seats in the waiting area are comfortable. They take your car somewhere you cannot watch, I got it back, although the tint job itself looked pretty good, it does not do much in the way of blocking heat, can still feel it on my face and arm when driving. Does not look very clear but maybe that is because it is new IDK. What I really am disappointed in is that it seems they never used a drop rag or something to prevent the soap from dripping down my door panels and into my Harmon Kardon speakers nor did they try to even wipe it off. I cleaned it off with a damp microfiber and most came off, got my rear seat wet, I noticed my Alcantara seat in the back now has some wrinkles. Oh and the label they use telling you to not roll down your windows leaves glue residue on the buttons when you remove it. Just cant recommend these folks, they are not very friendly, its like I was bothering them just me being there. Tint looks pretty good though and the price was the cheapest bar none. But I was hoping for a better quality product and better care for my car. Oh and Reving my engine in the service bay is not cool, Make sure you put your car in Valet mode if you take your car here. I give them a 2 out of 5, wish I went elsewhere even if they were more.
