I had an issue with what I…read morethought was my front left brake pad being worn out, but Shawn helped me deduce that it was actually my back left, figured out with me what to do to get the issue resolved, which is due to a motorized parking brake issue with this year of my car. Sergio was awesome with helping me return the brake pads I got, and made sure I knew the proper course of action to continue.
