I absentmindedly locked my keys in my car the night before and called a few places the following morning to have my door opened. The first place I was able to get a hold of told me it'd be a one hour wait and at least $100, but in the meantime, I called Jensen automotive and within less than 10 minutes they were at my car and less than 10 minutes after that, my keys were in my possession. Not only that, Ron the person who came to help was nothing but positive and polite. It was clear that he was actually there to help rather than just received a payout. Get this: the quicker, friendlier service was also the most affordable. The last time I was locked out I paid 120+. Today it only cost me $32 because of Jensen Automotive. Couldn't recommend more! Turned what looked to be a day ruiner to just a minor inconvenience.

She told me she walked in and the guy kind of gave her a bit of tude, she brushed it off since she has worked in customer service before and he was probably having a bad day. Immediately after we left, he called her and said "it looks like a family of scarecrows exploded in your car." In working in customer service myself, you don't make comments like that towards customers as it can put them off and make them feel ashamed and embarrassed. We all let our cars get bad sometimes, we KNOW, we're already embarrassed, you don't have to make it worse. She called him out on it and he told her to come pick up the car. So we walked in to try to have a chat with his manager on some professionalism, turns out, he's the owner, Kyle. Instead of trying to discuss anything, he just ran to the back after being called out for his unprofessionalism. Usually, I'm not the type to write reviews or even call out a crappy customer service experience, but his attitude and disrespect was just unreal. We had this inspection done for our peace of mind. We learned that a lot of new rvs coming out of the pandemic had quality control issues, and since we were about to spend a lot of money we did not want to end up buying a lemon. We were so impressed with Rayanna! We checked out three rv inspectors prior to selecting Lab Approved RV and what stood out about Lab Approved was Rayanna's professionalism, her training and credentials, and the service we would receive for our money. She got back to us immediately after our first inquiry and kept in regular contact with us as we went along. She was good at answering our questions and thoroughly explained the process of an inspection and what to expect. The day after the inspection she provided us with a report that we accessed online, and then later printed out. Rayanna spent the day looking for safety issues, did an inspection of the roof and slides, as well as a very detailed evaluation of our trailer's electrical system, water system and propane--not to mention that she went over every inch of that trailer with a fine toothed comb--and I really mean that! Rayanna gave us an online 95-page detailed report which had about 100 photos and also included three videos. Rayanna did find three things and we were able to address those issues with the dealer before we took possession of the trailer. I was really excited with the outcome...at first quick glance. Communication was great (quick…read moreresponse) and they were timely and very kind and they vacuumed great. Unfortunately, there were several things that essentially ruined the experience for me. I got an internal only cleaning. First of all, the windshield (inside) was not wiped and honestly somehow looked worse than it did before I had this service. I had to clean it myself. Also, there is a large long scratch near my radio that was not there before. I'm scared to look too close anywhere else but there was even a clear visible line where the dust was not wiped on the dash. It just felt very incomplete. And the scratch is unacceptable. To top it off, there were outlines of soap residue (gosh I hope it's soap) on my driveway where the mats were cleaned. We tried washing them with water and scrubbing them and some came off but there are still visible white patches all over my black driveway now. Also, not as much of an impact on me but the company truck created a 3'x3' stain on the street of what I'm guessing is oil. Im glad that wasn't in my driveway. I am incredibly disappointed.
