I live out of town and I was in town for a baseball tournament. I traveled to Taylor with my 4 kids, my husband was out town for work. When I was going to move my vehicle it would not start. Called my husband and he found Advanced Auto Parts less then a mile away. He called the store to check if they had a portable battery charger and they did. I took a walk to the store and made the purchase. Once I returned and used the portable battery it wouldn't work. So my husband made another call to advance auto store and they arranged right away for one of the employe to come and bring me a new battery and install it. I want to acknowledge The manager Mike and the employee David (I believe that was his name) for their customers service. They understood my situation and they went out of there away to help me get back home. A million times thank you. read more

This is probably one of the best auto parts store to go to. All of the staff members are incredibly knowledgeable and are not just salesman but also true mechanics. They will go above and beyond for you checking your battery and installing it, putting on wiper blades for you, blinkers for you, helping you find exactly what you need even if they have to call other stores, and just have an all-around positive attitude. It is a very chill vibe in the store they love to joke around with customers and leave the front door open to make it even more welcoming for us. I know personally every time I have to go to an auto parts store I am very unknowledgeable and stressed out because there's something wrong with my vehicle, but they are very good at taking all of that stress and anxiety that you might be feeling away. read more

Could not be more disappointed in an auto parts store. Took one of their batteries, their brand, clearly marked with the purchase date, proving it was still under warranty. They admitted it was their battery, that it was under warranty, but refused to honor the warranty because I couldn't remember the exact store I purchased it from. If you need a battery, I do not recommend the extra expense of their 3 year batteries, they may not honor the warranty. Which is laughable considering the battery warranty sign takes up the largest wall space in the store. read more
