When I walked in, I noticed how clean and stocked this store was. Definitely well taken care of. The man at the desk asked my car make and model, and quickly found the wipers I needed to replace on my car. There were plenty of options to choose from, some cheap, some pricey. I paid $29 for a replacement. While I was there, I had mentioned that on my way over, my check engine light went on. So after he rang me up, we went outside and he used his handy dandy scanner to check and see what was causing the check engine light to be on. Some sort of evap leak in something (LOL, I truly am not a car girl). I feel like some places would charge you an arm and a leg just to find out simple things, and they do it for free! He told me where I could go for next steps, and made me feel more comfortable that my car was going to be just fine. Great location, great staff, super helpful.

Once I walked in, a staff member immediately stood up and asked how to help. I explained to him that I was looking to gift someone something to help take care of their brand new car. Didn't need to be extravagant or pricey because he's a teenager but that I would like just something basic to keep him motivated in keeping his car spic and span. He showed me that they sold a kit for $100 that contained just about everything one would be to wash and clean their car -- alls you had to do was add water! I said that was a great deal and an easy go-to however it was well beyond the $20 budget. I know the gift recipient and his mother very well so I was willing to extend the budget but not by that much! LoL! This young staff member did not give me his name nor did I see a name tag but he was great! He stayed with me the whole time and gave me the needed space and time to look at everything, answered any and all questions I had, and gave me his personal recommendations. He explained how their shelving system worked and asked questions to get to know the person I was buying for. I can tell he was a people person and knew how to do his job. In the end, I settled on a 3-in-1 cleaning mitt (his recommendation, of course!), a small car freshener spray that was actually their signature scent (used to be called Stripper Scent but had changed to something more appropriate like the Smell of Success or something like that - lol!!), and a gift card. I left pretty confident and happy with my purchase and overall experience. I casually mentioned to the staff that I was the sister of the aforementioned mobile detailing owner and he was enthusiastic and asked if I'd like to put my purchase towards the rewards account thingy under my brother's name so I said Sure, why not? Being that we were here for 5 days we thought we could have one ordered because they are not carried in stores. We went in and the guy asked if we need something and we said a tow bar. He then so "nope go to uhaul" uh no! We want to buy one not rent one. My husband started to walk out and I said on line it says we could order one. He said yes we do not carry them. But I have to have a part number. Well we did not have that. He was not friendly did not want to help. So we took our business to autozone where they had one in stock and they appreciated our business!

Asked me what I needed and i said "i just need a head light". The guy said "i don't even know where those are". I said "Really? Looks like they are a couple aisles up..." And he turns to someone else and asked where the "head weights" were. I don't even know what that means, but anyway. He asked if I knew what bulb it needed and I said not right off, but I can find it. He said he has to look it up in his computer. It took him a good 5 minutes to look it up and then showed me options up in the 70 dollar range. I said "for a headlight?" and about that time an older guy came over to help. He asked if I wanted the high beams or the regular and I said it's the regular headlight. They looked at it for a while and then the first guy said they kept those in the back. And he walked, like a snail, to the back and came back out a couple minutes later with a 2 pack. I told him I just needed one. He disappeared again, then the older guy decided to help again and brought me something from the original aisle I was going to look at anyway. When ringing it up they just added on the headlight grease add-on item without even asking me as if it's a requirement of installing a headlight. I am not a fan of automatic, unasked add-on items. Poor business practice. After all that, they gave me the wrong headlight. He sold me a Sylvania 9005, when i took the old light out it was a 9006. Turns out the connectors are slightly difference (the 9006 has one tab in the middle, the 9005 has two) so it doesn't even fit. Looks like now after being in that store for way too long already I am going to have to go back up and get it exchanged. Can't wait to see what they try to sell me next. After getting this straight, I won't go back.
