They had an excuse for everything - nothing was their fault. At one point I made the comment that we really treasured our mini-van: "With little kids I can't imagine living without our mini-van." The guy from Grand Buick said "I had kids - and we did just fine without a mini-van." Ok - so I guess I'm an idiot now. The people there - while efficient - were ornery.
