He looked up the bulb I needed and informed me that they do install bulbs but not HID bulbs. I was impressed by the amount of time he spent helping us. I told him I look up paint codes all the time on Google--simply put in the year , make model and paint supplier and they provide the patch paint (Easy as all hell on Google but hey sue me for trying to give this NAPA business and easy business at that). I told him this is a Gray Honda---I won't go back there. What kind of employee simply won't look up patch paint and before even looking claims it's impossible. Napa can't find out the code for a Honda 2007, Accord? Silver. Go figure. Keep hiring guys like that guy on the far left of the store if you're back's to the entrance. (Black hair glasses). There are drain plugs in the front of the bed. Also, they installed the cover wrong. The reinstalled it again and did it worse. All they had to do was read the installation guide to do it correctly. Now I have to get it done again. Not here obviously as they don't know what they are doing.

I knew this guy was pulling my leg since my battery is still practically new, so I went down and picked up my battery. I took it to my usual mechanic and they recharged it for me and come to find out the battery was as good as new and in perfect order. I've been a good loyal customer at this store location since the day they opened.
