Don't go here they don't have a clue as to how to install a tonneau. I have a new 2026 Frontier. They drilled holes in my wheel wells for the drains. There are drain plugs in the front of the bed. Also, they installed the cover wrong. The reinstalled it again and did it worse. All they had to do was read the installation guide to do it correctly. Now I have to get it done again. Not here obviously as they don't know what they are doing. read more

They didn't I stall my window visors correctly, one of them fell off on the highway, another that was also falling off, reinstalled only to hang off again. I've been waiting for about five weeks for my order and crickets and I have to chase my order. read more

The entire staff at this location in Tewksbury, is completely inept, unprofessional, severely technology challenged and have zero knowledge on their products. After getting the run around on time/ordering from local Ford Dealers I had a conversation with a homeowner who lives directly behind this location and has had work done many times, and he said they will job right and I won't be disappointed. I got a call 2 days ago from the same salesman who said my order was delivered, when can I have it installed, we agreed today at 3pm. I asked repeatedly 1 seat and the middle how long does it take for that to be installed along with floor mats "you will be in and out within 15-20 mins", its like a fitted sheet some go on easier then others, so allow for 30 mins and I will be good to go. 40 mins in I ask is there a problem, I need to pick up my other car before the garage closes for the long weekend at 4pm, let me check. I told everyone working there that the garage only accepts cash and I need my car. Yea, we hear you. 3:58pm my keys are handed to me. I can't now get my other car until Tuesday 4 days from now, that is unacceptable. I take my keys go to the truck and they installed 3 seat covers that are GRAY. I go back in and said rip them out, I paid for BLACK, I said BLACK, you showed me carhart velt that was BLACK. I am not leaving until you remove it all. They also stupidly put a seat cover on a heated seat, which the salesman told me defeats the purpose of the seat, so he needed computer help from the manager to figure out how to buy only 1 passenger seat cover and the middle. The other manager says we close at 530, I said I will wait while you remove what you installed. He says "are you refusing to leave", I said "I will wait for you to removed what you installed as I can't explain to visa why I still have this in my truck, I am not driving off the lot and no I am not going to attempt to remove these on my own so you can say I wrecked them. He calls the police. Police show up I show them the receipt, and my truck and the cop agreed they "installed gray". Cop goes into the store, no idea what was said, comes back out and says first go to credit company then go to small claims court. I can pick up a copy of the report to provide to credit card company and lawyer tomorrow. Safe yourself a ton of time and aggravation, do not use this company for any installations. read more

unfortunately they installed tonneau cover for my 23 Toyota Tacoma, start leaking water from back of truck next to tailgate. Three times I went back there to fix the issue, first time I wait there almost two hours he said seal the cover but I didn't see any seal. Second time they didn't do anything. Third time he take the truck inside the shop and truck came out with dent on top of cover and he push original rubber and force the water through that rubber and he told me water coming in behind the bed and if you look at rubber in other side he didn't touch it, I show the cover to professional he said colors in some spots is faded and no part number or serial number tag this is used cover, you paid for new cover. I never recommend this company to anybody and I will take it to cour. read more

I went looking for a truck cover and prices are WAY too high compared to competitors. IF I proceeded to purchase a truck cover, the wait time would have been 7 months!! I decided to try their other stores instead of Tewksbury, where I received the WORST customer service EVER! They are rude and act like you are bothering them. Nashua store was MUCH better, great customer service and very knowledgeable. If you are looking for accessories at a high price with terrible customer service, and long wait times--this is the place to go. If you seriously would like to purchase from them, GO TO NASHUA! Note to the owner--I never heard of this company until my buddy mentioned it. Maybe some advertising in this advancing technological age... Stand by your promises and commitments. I have been here before for truck steps, they are not very Friendly in 2008 I went in there today 2018 to ask about Getting steps installed, The Manager - Who you can tell is the Hate the world type of guy, kinda rolling his eyes when talking to you. he gives me a price much higher than 2 other places . I asked him will you match the 100 charge, he said 140 . nothing else. He didnt want business,its a shame, because they carry allot of truck acc. Went in for a truck roll up cover, initial salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. Had to wait a bit longer for the installation than told. From scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, I give them a 7.5. What can be done better? I was told there was no wifi, how about a kerig Small tv, etc while people wait. read more

I took my brand new 2020 Silverado 2500HD custom to Tewksbury branch and after 2 defective Century truck caps my truck was left with paint damage down both sides of the bed which i did get a check for of over $1500.00 and alot of attitude from manager. They took the cap back and refunded me and the wiring for the cap was cut from harness and just left the wire bare to corrode or possibly short something out. I took my business to cap world got quality work and a much better experience. read more

Ordered a cap for my new Silverado from the Nashua store. Cap arrived with multiple flaws, not Yankee's fault, but....Yankee failed to take action to address with Century. Not even picked up from the store for over two weeks, then was told varying stories of how long it would take...first, anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks from time it first came in. then three weeks later told three weeks, and the following week told four- promised calls back from the general Mgr., yet no call. Finally came in, installed quickly, and leaks profusely up near the front. Called 12/31 to request re-install, told first available appointment is 15.January. It would seem Yankee needs to take some customer service/satisfaction lessons. I did receive $300 off of a $2300 cap, and have to guess Yankee still make a good profit on my pain. Went in to purchase truck rack for kayaks and discovered a great rack to fit over my steel paneled tonneau cover purchased there two years earlier. Opted to pay for installation the same day. Very pleased with the rack quality, but the install was shoddy as it did not allow the tonneau cover to clear the supports, metal shards left throughout the truck bed, and parts misaligned and inconsistently assembled. Started to correct things myself but then remembered I spent $100 for the installation. Went back to speak with someone and pointed out issues with the install, but no offer of redress. Just disappointed as previously I had a good experience purchasing there, and I've recommended Yankee Custom to others. read more

I brought my BMW here to get a StealthHitch installed. They told be to leave it for the day. Dropped it off at 8:30 in the morning and by lunch it was ready. Beautiful work. Recommended a certain Thule bike rack, which I am very happy with - and they were priced within a couple of $$ of Amazon and assembled it. Very knowledgable, very friendly. After ordering some WeatherTech window deflectors directly from Weathertech, I had trouble with one front window deflector when self-installing. I got the other 3 in with little to no issues, but the passenger side front was just not going in. I reached out to WeatherTech for someone locally to help and they offered up a list of shops that sell/install their products. Yankee Custom was at the top of the list for its 4-diamond rating. Having now been to them I can validate this rating. Yankee Custom set up an appointment for me so they could take a look. They admitted that the deflector I was having trouble with was challenging, but they knew the tricks to complete the installation and even showed me how they managed it. While I was there, they also fixed the auto roll up feature on my driver's window which I had inadvertently disengaged while doing the install on that window.
