I find it interesting that my negative review of my experience at Advance ER from June 2015 has been removed. Stay away from this place. The doctors I saw had no idea what he was doing. I injured my thumb so they took xrays and gave me a RX for ibuprofen. Then he referred me to an ortho doctor in Dallas. The ER doctor said he was a friend and was the very best ortho in Dallas. So I made an appointment with this ortho and from the moment I met this doctor I could tell he was a sleeze. He said I needed surgery and we should schedule it ASAP. I declined and decided to ask friends for a referral to an ortho. I saw another doctor a week later and he said that I had trigger thumb and that a cortisone shot may clear it up. Surprise, it did! No surgery needed. Much to my surprise about 5 months later I get a bill from Advance ER for $1750. When I checked in I was assured that they took my insurance which is Blue Cross Blue Shield. Liars. Stay away from this place. read more

Amazing amazing amazing! Went in for 2 sliced thumbs due to a broken apple wedger/slicer - so much for trying to feed my kids fruit! BEAUTIFUL facility, greeted by friendly sociable office personnel, was taken back by the time I finished my paperwork, was tended to by 2 nurses, a paramedic, and the doctor, and was on my way home within 45 minutes of leaving my house! I was so well taken care of and am so appreciative! I also found out that they have Teledoc services with Children's -- I won't even hesitate to bring my children there! I was in Dallas on business, on day of my presentation I woke up sick with fever. I looked at several places online to see where I should go and I decided to go to Advanced ER because I figured they had all the equipment if a test or scan needed to be done. I was very glad to have chosen Advanced ER because the whole experience was very excellent. I was checked in very promptly and without much fuss. They took my insurance information and within minutes the nurse had taken me into a private room. There she took the vitals and I was seen by the doctor within minutes. The doctor had diagnosed me and had prescribed the medicine to address the illness but he also prescribed me medicine to address my immediate symptoms so that I am able to go with the presentation that brought me to Dallas in the first place. This booster also helped me on my flight back to California. The whole process took less then an hour and I was on my way to the pharmacy to pick up the prescriptions that were given to me by the doctor. The next day they even followed up with a phone call to make sure that I was doing OK. I wish there was an establishment like this closer to my house in case an emergency. Spacious, clean, modern facility with fast, attentive service! Thank you! My wife had a fever (as high as 102) for 3 days straight with what we found out later to be the flu. This ER had the most consistently high ratings and we could not have asked for better service. We signed in and waited only 3 minutes to be seen by 2 staff and the doctor all within 5 minutes. Her vitals were taken and they had great bedside manner to explaining everything, asking how she was feeling, if they could do anything to make her more comfortable and offering a variety of snacks and beverages. Having been to the best hospitals in NY, the service and quality of this facility is top notch. I highly recommend it. read more

Overall the experience was "meh". The registered nurse and physician were okay. The doctor asked if I wanted to wait or preferred her to give me a call with my Covid/Flu/Strep results. I decided to wait because I waited last year when I came after Thanksgiving. I waited for a bit then some rude woman (I don't know if she's a nurse or doctor) and told me that she needed to let me go and that I couldn't wait anymore. Which was fine. I know they're busy with sick people. But all I know is she better be glad I was in a positive mood because the rudeness, bitterness and complete disregard that she exhibited when she approached me would normally get a completely different reaction out of me.... We brought our daughter in for an injury in the middle of the night. We were greeted and brought back into a room almost immediately. The personable Doctor came in promptly and ordered some X-Rays. The X-Ray staff was so kind that she brought my daughter back from X-Ray department instead of continuing on with the X-Rays as my daughter was feeling nauseous. The doctor quickly ordered some medication to relieve her nausea. The X-Ray staff later returned to take my daughter for more X-rays after making sure that the medication had kicked in and she was feeling better! Impressive 5 star service from all staff! Will definitely will return if we have any medical issue. read more

I came in at the advice of my doctor on a Saturday evening. I had developed a high fever as well as a cough, sore throat, body aches, and chills. After calling my personal doctor after hours she advised I go to a clinic as soon as possible due to the high fever. I would like to state that the woman working the phone and front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. I was advised to fill out the online form from my car which was giving me errors, the front desk was kind enough to let me come inside and fill out the paperwork version. I was given a hard time for not having finished the paperwork by the first person that spoke with me once I was inside a room, I explained that the system was giving me errors via my mobile device and was told to come inside and do the paperwork version. The medical staff that assisted me once I was in the room was kind enough but I do not think they realize that the walls/doors are incredibly thin so I could hear them openly discussing my case, making fun of the small amount of medicine I had taken (because I literally got off the phone with my doctor and immediately went to the clinic). A direct quote being "she is almost 30 years old and took as much as I gave my child" and then followed with laughter. I was then tested for strep, the flu, and covid. While waiting for my test results I could hear them being discussed, I then knew I was positive for multiple things and heard it being discussed on how it was going to be a tough recovery. The fact that my medical diagnosis was being discussed publicly, made fun of and laughed at when I could hear it absolutely disgusted me. I do plan on making a formal HIPAA complaint if this is not addressed by the business. I would hope they treat other patients with more respect especially in such sensitive times as a pandemic. read more

Nobody wants to go to an ER or need medical help. But if I ever find myself in need again I would not hesitate to visit this facility. I had a bad fall and my leg was getting worse. After visiting an urgent care, they advised me to go to an ER where an ultrasound could be done. So I went to this ER on Friday afternoon. I was so scared walking in, but I was immediately put at ease. Dr. Chang has a wonderful bedside manner and is truly a calming presence to an overwrought patient. The nurses were wonderful and they all knew exactly what tests were needed to make sure nothing serious was going on. Most of my questions were answered before I even asked them. Highly recommend this ER and it's wonderful, caring staff. read more

Went in for abdominal pain and abnormal bleeding... at first dr bryce and nurse Mary were great. Pain meds wore off and I paged nurse and she got an attitude said she would tell dr. 2 hours later I page again this time no one came in for 10 minutes ( I was the only patient) saying it's worse and she said she already told dr and he'd be in shortly. Dr had an attitude and said I shouldn't be in pain because they gave pain meds at 12:30!!! That's 3 hours (it's 3:30 am). I'm having a panic attack and they are complete assholes. Do not waste your time or money. They are very in compassionate. read more

STAY AWAY! This place is running a Covid-testing scam = fraudulent billing. Three hours of waiting in car, followed by a 5-minute Covid test, and then over $4000 in bills: "facility fee" of over $2200 (the "facility" was the patient's car!), plus $450 for Covid test (reasonable and customary is $150-$300), plus over $1300 for "physician fee." We are reporting them both to our insurance fraud hotline and to the Better Business Bureau. read more

This place is unethical robbery !!!! My insurance was billed $2500 for a COVID test ! And I had to pay my $500 deductible for a single 5 min COVID test the robbery I'm referring to is the 5 min I was put into a room for a nose swab was billed as a night stay for the room seriously !? I hate going to the hospital but needed urgent care and came here after reading the positive reviews. The experience here is much better than a traditional ER. The service is top notch and they make sure to get to the root cause of your problems. I would definitely recommend them if you live nearby. read more

Walked in..immediately helped and placed in a room after short paperwork. The place looks like someone's upscale house instead of an ER ( I'm a nurse and work in an ER unit). It looks like they have everything except for the baby grand in the corner with the musician playing..and no, I am not trying to be funny, I was seriously impressed! This place is not like any other ER I've worked or been to. All the staff was friendly, major team work going on. They offered me drinks and stuff and all I could think of is man, we have to make people wait before we can offer them anything...that is if we have anything! lol. They obtained blood quickly, results came back faster than I could blink, I had a CT, no wait, walked around the corner and had a chest xr, no wait. We had the best experience here with Dr. Rao. He and his nurses were thorough, thoughtful, and kind. Had we gone to the actual hospital we would have waited for hours and been miserable while doing it. Here we were seen immediately and waited on hand and foot. They even have snacks and coffee for the nonsick/injured. Can not recommend it highly enough and will definitely go back if needed in the future. read more

I have recommended them to other coworkers. I wish all medical facilities could be more like the staff and doctors at the Lovers Lane office. If I could rate this place a 0, I would. I went to get a rapid covid test done. I registered online before hand and went and filled out my paperwork inside. After I filled it out, I called to verify they got it. The lady working said they did and a nurse would be calling me soon to bring me in. 3 hours and no phone call later, I decide to call. Apparently, they could not find my paperwork and said I wasn't registered online but then told me they tried to call me 5 times and it went to voicemail? Not sure how that makes sense. She then told me they would need me to come in and redo my paperwork and they would add me to the line of 15+ people. Needless to say, I will NOT be back. This place is horrid. read more

I went in because I thought that a sore throats was leading to an ear infection. The staff didn't let my minor issue be minor to them. I didn't have to wait. I was seen immediately and the hospitality, attention and amenities can't be compared to any other. The experience was truly top shelf!!! So much so, I was also having an unrelated issue with my ankle and they treated that as well. I left completely satisfied! If I ever have another emergency I will be stopping here first! read more

Absolutely fabulous ER center. The nurse there, I think his name was Mike (sorry Mike if I'm wrong on that) was incredible both times I visited. Once was a broken toe another for dehydration. The Doctor who is also an owner is wonderful. Both provided excellent service and truly had my best interest at heart. Honestly, if there were a way to make this doctor my PCP or solution to any and every medial need I would. read more

I had a great experience here. It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, everyone is so hospitable and there was no wait. I had to go to the ER again today and I was just there last Friday as well swelling of the cheek an eye. The first doctor I had seen last Friday 8/25 I can say was not rude but not friendly as well. But TODAY 9/2 Dr. Allen Thomas I believe his name was provided EXCELLENT SERVICE!! He was VERY imformative, gave me information to take home concerning having angioedema. I had a great experience here! This place is close to my house and the day after a car accident I did not feel like waiting in a hospital ER for possibly hours! I walked right in and was immediately helped. I was taken back to get checked out very quickly and overall the process was smooth, even with x-rays! I would definitely recommend Advance ER. The doctor even called me the following day to find out how I was doing. I can't speak to cost, as this hasn't yet hit my insurance but I imagine it's typical emergency room prices. It was very convenient and when in a situation that needs to be handled quickly it's not something I worried too much about. read more

Decided to go here at 3am when my husband was having fevers and diarrhea and I was very impressed. No wait, clean facility, and incredibly friendly staff, even at 3am!! I took my 10 year old daughter in to this facility and I have to say wow. SO very clean in there, I could eat off the floor. The staff was quick on getting us back and went to work on my daughter. The nurse that was taking care of my daughter was very funny with her, and had great ideas of what was going on. Then when Dr. Meier came in to see her he was very attentive to us and listened to what I had to think. There was no pressure and everyone was attentive. they all offered something to drink and a snack to my daughter and wife. I would recommend this facility to anyone. read more

My experience last night was amazing! I was on a car accident and had pain later that day. They were awesome! the front desk lady was super nice and well organized. the place looks amazing inside, very clean and comfortable. The paramedics are so sweet and caring, they listen to everything you have to say and comfort you in the best way. My doctor Mr. Michael Chiang gave me the care I needed in a timely manner. he treated me like my pcp would have. He was very kind and caring. overall upon arriving my experience was the greatest, this isn't your typical ER where everyone is running around and seem too busy to stop and actually have a conversation with you. I love this place and will be recommending it to family and friends and I know I'll be using this facility if i need medical attention. hopefully it won't be for a while because it is no fun getting hurt but I don't mind getting treated by these guys, they're amazing. -Cecilia read more

Advance ER provided the utmost care in my time of need. I was greeted kindly and brought to a room within minutes. I can't say enough good things about Advance ER. This is the nicest and cleanest medical facility I have ever been to. I had a back injury and could barley walk. I called them before heading over to ensure they would be able to help me or if I needed to wait to see a chiropractor. I spoke to the Dr on the phone for 20 minutes. I then headed to the office and saw the same Dr I spoke to on the phone. The nurses and staff were so wonderful. They were so nice and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Upon checking in I filled out the required paperwork and headed right back. I didn't even sit down and wait in the front. This was the best dr/emergency medical visit I have ever had. read more

Not only is it so convenient having this ER in our neighborhood, but very welcoming as well! The staff here is so polite and efficient. I came in due to chest pain, and they rushed me right back for vitals and X-rays. Having a career in the medical field myself makes me much more critical and attentive to other facilities.
