After inspecting both the AC and the furnace. Steve said that the AC was fine, but that he "found cracks in chambers 1,2,3 & 4 of the heat exchange. The furnace must be replaced. Steve said it would cost $3800 installed. I called a friend who recommended another company who 1) installed the furnace for $2,900 and then when I mentioned that the heat exchanged was cracked he assured me that ZERO heat exchanges were cracked. I am disgusted. Absolutely disgusted. I would NEVER call them if you want honest and reasonable.

They sent a kid who tells me the issue may be a cracked heat exchange & carbon monoxide leaking because I told him I had gotten dizzy before he arrived. Instead of telling me at that point he doesn't have the proper equipment to detect a CO leak he runs out to his work truck several times looking for equipment he knew he did not have. When he finally comes clean about not having the equipment he needs, he says for me to call the Fire Dept. because they have the equipment. I'm foolishly thinking YOU ARE A HEATING REPAIR COMPANY if you don't have the equipment someone in your company should right? WRONG!! I called the owner who tells me they tell all of their customers in an instance like this to call the Fire Dept. Owner proceeds to say, because the kid drove here, spent 45 minutes removing screws which he should not have & feeding a camera with as the kid put it, "not very good picture" in the furnace he earned the fee. Kid told me furnace had rust. I had to call a reputable company and the Fire Dept. who both confirmed no CO. Real repair guy says there is no crack and showed me pictures of inside furnace with NO RUST. Thank God furnace is running properly. Not only did these guys make off with $141 of my money but had nerve to say once Fire Dept. comes out call them back, here is your call back!!!

My dad had his HVAC serviced less than 2 weeks ago for the winter and Bret didn't realize that a pressure switch needed to be replaced. We don't know what was actually done for service. So instead we had to pay a different HVAC technician to come and fix it on one of the coldest days this winter. We called multiple times and left many messages with no follow up. We understand it's busy and we need their help because we aren't hvac technicians ourselves - but this isn't how to treat customers. They wouldn't appreciate their friends and family being serviced this way, so why should we?

Response was extremely prompt. Had a few hiccups that weren't their fault. Replacement of a 1996 A/C unit and provided options. Took about 7 hours to get the new unit in but the new unit is exactly per recommendation (slightly higher tonnage, definitely higher SEER, significantly quieter), price was extremely fair and they went above and beyond with things like updated connections and base. After at least 8 complete failures of contractors these guys were a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended
