In spite of some negative Yelp reviews I found this shop to be quick, professional and inexpensive. I had a loose muffler on my Jeep TJ that had taken a pretty big bang while out in the rocks. The muffler was semi crushed and it was up against a control arm making for a big rattle. When I drove it in Gina heard the rattle and then looked at the old muffler and sold me a new one, parts and labor out the door, for $139.00. She did the work in approximately 30 minutes and I was on my way home without the rattle. I've not seen a middle age woman do this kind of work before but she knew exactly what she was doing. Excellent job again. My wife insisted her Dynomax Race Bullets be installed by the lady welder. I think her name is Gina. She is very meticulous about her work. Gina has another new shop in Lake Elsinore so called her first if you want her to work on your car. She alternates between both places. For the challenger it was $55 per muffler so $110 total. My wife made sure I tipped her also. This was a mid mufflers swap. read more

Can't believe it. Have been here 3 times before. I thought they were straight forward , cash on hand and descent work. Had my catalytic converter replaced and had warranty on the old one George installed. I was informed by law they couldn't give me the old inverter. O'Reilly s won't honor my warranty without it. O'Reilly s said there's no law and never heard of such a thing to call the Bureau of Automotive Repair. Which I will be doing Monday morning when they open unless I get contacted by someone. I've come here twice now. The first time I came to weld my stock muffler back onto my car and was quoted $35. The wait was going to be 2 hours so I came back a different day. When I came back I had it quoted from a different person to be $75. I told him that I had been here before and the lady quoted me $35. He told me, "leave then." They can't seem to keep their prices consistent and they are rude to customers. read more

The welder said she couldn't install my new turbo-back exhaust system on my 2000 7.3L Powerstroke. When I explained to her it's a "CA non-catalyst" vehicle, she still refused to install. I even told her she can see the CA emissions sticker under the hood if she likes. She didn't care to do that either. She even told me she has the same diesel truck and hers has a catalytic converter. Oooookay....that's nice....but mine doesn't. Then she proceeded to tell me she'd have to get approval from the shop's owner in order to install but he wouldn't be back until Tuesday. (4 days from now) Well she just cost the owner a loss of business. read more

I find these comments funny!!! I've taken my truck here i the past so first they never answer their phones to even get a price, I've been trying for the past 3 days and nothing at all and I've been calling like crazy. second they say on yelp and on their website that they close at 6pm and i stop by at 5:03 and it's closed 2 days in a row, really???. seems like all the other comments are fake since they said hes a "mechanic" for 25yrs?? they couldn't even work on my exhaust manifold because they don't touch anything that's part of the engine so that's nowhere near a mechanic if you ask me. only reason why I'm giving it a 2 star was because they did help me the first time back in 05 and wasn't the cheapest but the nearest to me at a affordable price. read more

The lady there is Rude and very unprofessional obviously wears the pants there I spoke with her husband/significant other and clearly explained over the phone about a car of mine that needed a Cat Back System and I was willing to pay for the original OEM if there was no aftermarket available he had me on hold for 5min came back on phone and said to go ahead and bring it in they can do the work I explained I had to tow car in cause it was very loud to drive on street he understood "So I thought " once I arrived with tow truck the lady didn't even take 1minute with me simply said we don't work on those cars in front of her Husband/significant other all he did was look down at floor and walked away didn't have any explanation nor apology. Took it to Jerl's Muffler in Riverside thank God for them with no problem they took the job and I will a lifetime customer to Jerl's ...
