I really hate giving one star reviews, but literally three times that I've been at this location. They're giving me the wrong part or told me that I was fine to come by and pick up a part because it was being saved. And when I got there They had no history of me, even calling. This last occurrence , I called early in the morning, gave a Vin number gave a perfect description of my truck. I was told that the part was in stock. I was told over the phone that the part would be put on hold for me. Gave my cell phone number when I got there later on that evening again they had no history of me calling no apart was on order or in stock. Had to to repeat myself a number of times to the guy at the counter. Not sure if he's hard of hearing or just doesn't pay attention. Long story short. Finally got my part. Took it home and it didn't match the original OEM. So now I'm having to go back to the store and get a refund. And now calling the dealer and spend a few hundred dollars more going through them. And unfortunately they don't have it, so having to get it through their manufacture, which is gonna be another week. What upsets me The most is that my truck. Has Been out of commission for two weeks.now just Sitting . Just waiting to be fixed. All this could've been preventative. The part they sold me the first time. at O'Reillys actually fit. read more

I came in just to recycle used oil and ended up waiting almost 35 minutes to be helped, even though there were two employees behind the counter. One employee eventually acknowledged me and said it wouldn't be a problem, just asked for a couple minutes to finish with another customer. I said no problem at all. About 30 minutes later, once he was finally done, instead of coming back to help me, he went to the opposite register and started chatting and laughing with another employee and a customer. I stood there waiting until I finally had to walk over and ask if he was going to help me. His response was, "Oh yeah, I totally forgot about you." That is extremely unprofessional to who ever has the slick back hair.! Especially for such a simple service. I understand being busy, but completely forgetting a customer and socializing instead is not acceptable. Very disappointing experience!! read more

The Assistant Manager Pat, was a huge help for me. I couldn't find out exactly what was wrong with my 2013 Prius and he was able to pinpoint the issue within 5 minutes. He even explained it to me in terms that I could understand because I am not very good with cars. I really appreciated that. He then let me know exactly what I needed to do to resolve the issue. Came here a week or so ago to grab some new windshield wipers and to replace one of my high beam bulbs. I'm not too into car repairs so I asked a gentleman by the name of Pat to help me out. He was incredible. Found the right bulb in 2 seconds flat. He also gave me a great recommendation for my windshield wipers AND he helped me install them as well. Pat also gave me some advice on future car repairs I was quoted at the mechanic. Really great guy! 10/10 experience! read more

I've had a commercial account for our shop this was my go to place for the past 5 years. Staff was well knowledged on the automotive aspect Justin and his team give them a 100. Came in today 9/15/21 after a whole month of not working due to covid illness finally recovered and staff is not aware of Parts. Came in for warranty Replacement on gaskets and seals and manger gave me a hard time to start with account access then couldn't find parts on my account. Top it off kept nagging that the seals/gaskets couldn't fail. Like what the heck been a tech for many years felt like a slap to the face. I really wish I gotten the guys name that helped me, because he went above and beyond for me. This auto store was the third place I went to because the other two were out of the antifreeze I needed. Not only did they have plenty in stock, but the gentleman got for me and even came outside and poured it in for me. He wouldn't accept a tip either! Big time shoutout to this place! We needed a car doodad while on a road trip. We asked for assistance with locating it, and they helped us find right where it was, noting the price. We compared different models, finally taking the one they'd pointed out up to the register. It rang up for almost twice as much as the noted price! We mentioned the price we'd been told and that was displayed, and the guy had us show him where it had come from. He shook his head and said, "Aw shoot, someone must have put it in the wrong place." As we walked back to the register, I started thinking about whether it would really be worth it at that price. When we got there, to my utter amazement, he started keying in the marked price, no questions asked! I said, "Wow, thanks for honoring the price that was marked!" And he replied that of course, it was only right to, otherwise it would be false advertising. I couldn't believe it-- I feel like no business is that trusting and helpful to its customers anymore. We were super impressed with the service we received at O'Reilly's and will definitely be back next time we are in the market for car doodads. :) read more

I have had okay service every time I come here. I only come here when I can't find what I need at Autozone. I called yesterday to see if they had 5W 50 oil in the store. I was told by the individual that answered the phone that he had a customer and if I could hold for just a moment while he rung him up. I said that was fine, I was on hold for 18 mins before I hung up and called the other O'reilly's in Corona and was able to get help and check inventory of both stores in less than a 3 mins call. read more
