I came in to get some piping done on my car, i had brought my own tips, popped into the Advanced Auto going out of business sale and I bought a dozen or so exhaust tips and muffler related piping and I wasn't clear if the price I was quoted $130 I was unclear if that including the cost of the tips. (Their tips or Mine that were in my back seat. ) Fast forward about an hour I'm bs'n' with the girl who works there and when I went to pay I was unaware that the dude reached into the backseat and grabbed the two of the tips I had brought, and long story short, I thought he had used their tips so I was confused, and overcompensated by leaving them the full $130 AND and additional 3 tips (value prob $15-$50 each depending on who you ask ) figured I'd offer them Up to the guy because I originally thought those tips came from THEM AND NOT FROM MY BACK SEAT I Even asked the dude. Man I must if left the two matching ones at home. I was going to offer them in place of the ones I thought came from HIS SHOP. SO I PROCEEDED TO OFFER THE OTHER 3 tips as compensation Because the guy looked at the girl and they shrugged and took it. I said these will be to compensate you for the two tips you welded onto my car. (I still can't believe I didn't see him grabbing those from my back seat. I guess because I told them I had my own tips he took that as permission. To grab and use said tips but the thing that's DISHONEST TO ME WAS IN THE CONFUSION I ASKED THEM. THOSE TIPS I BROUGHT, the matching pair I can't seem to find (so i guess I'll give you these 3 for payment towards the two) Any honest person with a guilty conscience would have stepped up and said. "No man. I think you're confused. THOSE ARE THE TIPS YOU BROUGHT. YOURE NOT MISSING THEM AT HOME I GRABBED THEM FROM YOHR BACK SEAT WHEN YOU WERENT PAYING ATTENTION ETC. but if you want to leave those three as a tip feel free to. After I called a consecutive 3 different days and got ignored /ghosted each day called multiple times. They knew they shoulda said something when I was looking for my matching tips.(thinking back when I was trying to clear the confusion and they both looked at each other like (he didn't see me grab it so he thinks he's paying for our tips on top of the $130! The check engine light came back in March 2018 and I contacted the shop to inquire about the light and after taking it over for them to check, I was informed that the warranty would possibly not be covered and that they would have to take out the part, my car would be parked and they would send the part back to the manufacturer to inspect it. I was also informed that if they found something wrong, I will still need to pay for the labor and the warranty on the current part is limited. After getting many quotes for replacing my cat converter on my Mercedes sl500 as well the muffler. I found this place on yelp. I went there on Monday and I met with Anthony great guy. He gave me a quote a way cheaper than the other competitors and the appointment was today at 9 am. Was there late but they still let me in. The car took about 2h to get ready. It was a bit complicated since it is a Mercedes and there is not enough space for modifications.. But let me tell you. When he turned the engine on and I heard my baby new voice. Wawwwww. It was bad. Not recommended 1. Didn't inform me that he can't accept credit card ahead of time when he knew his machine "doesn't work" 2. Had him swap out my aftermarket exhaust manifold and install my OEM back, he doesn't really use care when it comes to installing. Tried to force a pipe in because the heat shield was getting jam between the engine and chassis. After a few tries, he decided to perform some Mickey Mouse action and just hammer the part sticking up on my OEM pipe instead of doing it right and disassemble the heat shield. 3. Upon disassemble my aftermarket pipe that I'm going to sell, he just throw it on the floor instead of placing it lightly. 4. The gasket I provided was installed on the wrong side of the pipe. Obvious he doesn't really know how to install correctly and just going off his instinct or experience. Overall this is like paying some random guy at a strip mall parking lot to change my pipe or fix my dent and you know damn sure he's not going to do a good job read more

I came here through a friend and yelp reviews and couldn't be happier! I took my BMW F10 535i and had my resonator and mufflers removed and added a 2 1/2 in. straight pipe. The car sounds absolutely amazing and the service was awesome. I had Abraham help me out and he was amazing. It's really cool to be able to watch your car be worked on in front of you and the work/ cuts were perfect. They let you make sure every step is perfect for you and cut the parts cleanly so if you ever need to put parts back on you can have them do it. I paid $125 to have an exhaust bracket welded on a chip welded on and a push bar welded to gather. They welded me on a exhaust tape that already had rust spots on it. They also did not weld the push bar together at all. It was a waste of $125. read more

Had them install a 4' turbo back exhaust on my 2006 Ford F-350 6.0 turbo Diesel. They did a really excellent job at a fair price really happy how it came out. I also really appreciate the owner working on the truck because it is a larger vehicle and doesn't fit on their rack they didn't mind working on the ground to make sure the job got done. Had to get both exaust manifolds replaced (they had cracked) on our Nissan Armada. The two guys working at this shop were awesome! Very, very fair priced and outstanding work. 1/2 the price of the dealer and so much nicer to work w/. We drove up from Temecula because Advance Muffler beat all of the local prices where we live AND they knew more of what they were talking about when we spoke w/ them over the phone. They even took the time to ensure that the stickers for smogging (Cali has strick laws) were placed in the right spot. Drove great home and passes smog 2 weeks later w/ no problems at all! The shop is small (so don't judge by the outside) and in a little strip mall of auto, tire, and glass repair shops.
