He actually worked with my Insurance Adjuster, and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket, except for an unforeseen leak with wall damage after the initial estimate was done. He had his employees there around 8 am every day they were supposed to be there. Alex and Marcus (i am not sure of the names, but hopefully I got it right) did the drywall/patching of the mess of my kitchen. Then the cabinet team finished it off, painted everything exactly matching the original paint, and put all the appliances back where they belonged. The kitchen looked brand new, and everything was cleaned up afterwards. The timeline was as first estimated. If there were any issues, Jim took care of it! Trust the professionals: This new water heater installed by John Allen and Julian completely eradicated the previously intermittent rotten egg sulfur smell from the bathroom sink. No more sediment build-up. The old sacrificial rod in the old tank was an issue. Bill Howe's team took care of all by replacing the water heater that a Home Depot contractor had installed 11 years ago which had never been flushed, including during the pandemic, the tank of which was showing rust and corrosion.

Arturo came to give an assessment of what is going on, what needs to be done, and when they are going to do so. The preparation they did before the work was amazing. I have carpet upstairs and they put plastics on everything so there would be a minimal cleaning in the end. Arturo communicated with me on everything they are working on. After all done, they cleaned everything, they put back my toilet with no issue, the walls are painted and textured. I didn't think that they were cutting any corners or trying to get it all done and get my money and be out. Only small issue I had was the communication about the invoices with their accounting team.
