Thought I was gonna need to take five days out of work which I did. I could've went to work the next day because the settings were set so mile just so I would have to go back and spend another $2500 which is a fact. I had to fight to get my deposit back, they lied and tried to tell me that because they were offering a free IPL along with halo that I wasn't gonna get it and I was only able to get it once I put a really nasty review down and that same afternoon they called me asking me to alter or take my review down and they would give me my deposit back which now I'm finding out is illegal so it makes you wonder if all the reviews are not fraudulent. And these are my experiences and I am legally able to put them down in case I get threatened from Lopez. I agreed to take it down and thought about it a couple of days later and put it back up because why should I pay that kind of money and not get services that I paid for. And they never offered to give me a redo. When I woke up from the surgery, the first thing I said was, I hated them they were too big, the staff blew me off with that response and told me to come back for my follow up appointment. At all of my follow up appointments I voiced my concern about how I still did not like the way I looked, that they were too large. I was ignored by both the staff and the doctor every time I voiced my opinion about it. After my last follow up it was as if I no longer existed. I have now lived this way since 2015 hating my breasts every day.
