I waited for a call but never got one so I rode my bike to work at night in the snow. After graveyard shift I rode by bowens and didn't see my car in the parking lot. I looking in the garage and didn't see it in there either. I had an apple air tag in the car and tracked it. I know apple air tags are very accurate to the foot. I was standing in the parking lot and my phone said my car was right where I was standing but it wasn't. I called them when they opened on Saturday and they said they couldn't reach me because they didn't have my phone number! Even though I had recently talk to them on the phone. When I went to pick it up, my car had an extra 39 miles on the odometer. I know for a fact that it doesn't take 39 miles to road test the alignment. I'm thinking someone took my car home for the night or something. Am I over reacting? Is there a more reasonable explanation?

Clean parking lot and pump area. Clean inside near the hot foods areas, drink stations, etc. Merchandise was well stocked and all staff I encountered were very friendly - later at night and mid-day. Also used the car wash. Will definitely return to this location again!

Anyways I notice when going to work early morning my Chevy Trailblazer (Who I named Old Faithful) was reving really hard. As I continued to drive it out to where I had to go the Check Engine light went on. I had this problem before which is an Engine Misfire. On one of the Sparkplugs and Cylinders. I had contact my relative and she sent me to Midas In Eden Prairie, MN. Boy DID I MAKE A BIG MISTAKE. Midas told me I had to replace a whole cylinder head!! IT was gonna cost me $6k!! That is like a good used car! On top of that they we're inspecting other parts of the car that was not necessary! Unfortunately, I had to pay $122 for the diagnostic but I by change had contacted on Craig's List another Mechanic who referred me to Erik. I had told Erick and he himself was shocked at my story! He new Midas was BS-ing and I went to him. My engine was still fine! I just needed new spark plugs which he believed Midas technicians damage by pulling it out the improper way and new great quality coils which I should have don vs buying from Ebay. All in All I only spent $400 and my engine was running great. Please come over here! He won't rip you off with Lies about the car! 5 stars in my book especially coming from Chicago, IL.

Called Lemon Squad and paid the $330. 2 hours later the inspection began. Results were in my email 36 hours later. Inspector did a thorough job and included 72 pictures including one if the code scanner results. They also measured the tread depth of each tire and included all findings in an easy to ready report. Lemon Squad saved me the disappointment of flying to Illinois in winter to pick up a sports car only to learn the tires were barely legal after the dealer ad and salesperson repeatedly assured me that everything on the car was mint. The dealership has since refused to replace the tires (3/32nds) or discount their price as they are selling the 2001 Corvette Z06 with 22,000 miles as-is. Thank you, Lemon Squad, for helping a guy out.

We ordered the inspection Thursday evening. On Friday, they communicated with the dealer they would be there Saturday. No show. The salesman said he called him, no answer. Monday, at 6:15 pm, they showed up, 45 mins before the dealership was to close. The truck had sold that evening. Super disappointed. And now the email said due to the "effort already put in", we can't have our $$ back. $300. We do, however, have a 90 day window to try again. This truck was super specific and very hard to find. Very disappointed.

My wife and her mother brought in our van because it was leaking coolant and overheating while idling/in traffic. First they said that it was the radiator (which was just replaced after an accident 8months prior) after it was picked back up, the exact same problem persisted, brought it back.... they said the thermostat.... After it was picked up again, the same problem persisted. After doing research on our own it seems like the most likely problem would be something to do with the fan. So we got it up to temp, fan wouldn't kick on. We called to let them know, Zach said that it was not the fan because he had "checked to see it running". We went ahead and changed the fan relay, the fan immediately kicked in. We have not had an issue since. Went in to inquire more about it, after speaking with Rex and his son Zach, I was told that I didn't care about my family and that I was not allowed at his shop anymore. Steer clear from here! $500 and they couldn't fix the car and wouldn't admit doing anything wrong.
