My wife called up and managed to get us in the very next morning: not only was Ken's team able to diagnose and fix the problem, but in the same day he was able to get the 5,000 mile service which we needed too. Update: yes, the car is still smooth almost a month later. To add to that: Someone backed into my car and damaged my rear light. We are now on our fourth Toyota we bring to Ken. We have been taking our cars to him since we purchased our first Toyota in 2002. We really appreciate Ken's care for our vehicles which we tend to keep a very long time. I just passed 300k on my 05 Tundra Ltd and I give Ken all the credit for taking care of me and my truck. But I want to say that our latest experience with our 2015 Highlander Ltd is somewhat different than the usual maintenance. There is a well documented issue with the door lock actuators on the Highlanders and we had already fixed one at the dealer. Going through Ken, we saved about $1000 when he agreed to replace the other three (passenger door) lock actuators. The doors work perfectly and he took great care in dealing with a very involved process to remove the old and install the new. LOVE what he does for our cars! read more

I found Ken's Quality Auto Repair online and what a surprise. The service was great. The people were very nice. I got my CV boot replaced for less than other places quoted me, which was a big thumbs up. Unfortunately the CV boot clamp came loose. They replaced it for me and gave me a free car wash. Strangely, a few weeks later the clamp came looes again. They replaced the whole CV boot again and gave me another car wash. Hopefully this time it stays on. read more

I've been going to Ken's Quality Auto for several years now, and have concluded that he cares about keeping cars in the best condition for the customer. He makes suggestions and gives advice on how to keep your car in top condition. I've taken 4 different cars to him and have been very happy with his work, especially Phil, who works as a technician for him. I own a 2002 LS 430, and a 2011 Sienna and am confident with his ability and knowledge to keep my family and me driving safe and reliable automobiles. Sometimes you have to call to find out if your car is ready, sometimes he calls you to tell you it is ready, but that's the business as exact repair times aren't always accurate due to late part delivery guys or wrong parts delivered. Only drawback is the space is valuable on Thousand Oaks Blvd, so there's very little parking there. read more

I can't say enough good things about Ken's Quality Auto Repair. The name says it all. Ken took my 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid in for some mysterious electrical issues. He was able to reset the computer and get it running again. When the electric power steering went out, he took it back in and found that the starting battery was shot. He put a new one in and was able to determine that the power steering control module was the problem. He let me order a used part from EBay and then installed it when it came in. I'm back on the road again and could not be happier. Ken is the nicest guy you'll ever want to meet and his mechanics are all top rate. You can trust Ken to be fair and 100% honest about what your car needs. I won't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. read more

I have been very happy with Ken's service-- so much so, that I ended up going back once I moved out of T.O., just to get some customer service, which Ken has down to a science :o) The only reason I did not give him 5 stars, is that he quoted me for new brakes on my car, and since he's only there the first Saturday of the month, I can't wait a month and have to go somewhere else...and they quoted me about 50 bucks less.... (I will definitely be reviewing them next!)
