We had a very disappointing experience here\. We purchased shocks for our 2018 Toyota Tundra and called ahead to ask about installation\. We were quoted what we felt was a fair price\. Before the work was done, we specifically discussed the setting we wanted and made it very clear that our goal was for the front and rear of the truck to sit even\. When we picked up the truck, the front end was noticeably higher than the rear\. The owner explained that he had decided to set the shocks at their highest setting because he thought it would better match our previous setup\. Unfortunately, that was not what we asked for, and it did not achieve the result we had specifically requested\. We agreed the shocks needed to be reset to low, or medium at the very highest\. They were ultimately set on low, and the truck now sits the way it did with our previous setup\. What was especially disappointing was that we were charged for the additional labor required to correct a setting we had not requested in the first place\. In our opinion, if a shop chooses to disregard a customer's specific instructions and the work then has to be redone, the customer should not be charged for correcting that decision\. We expected fair treatment from a local business in our little town, and unfortunately we did not feel we received it\. We will not be taking our vehicles there in the future\. read more

Absolutely would come again and again. I've officially gotten my oil changed twice, and at least one of those times, I was a walk in (kind of), calling just a few minutes before. Less than an hour in and out for that! But, in case needed, there is a big enough lobby with a bathroom and coffee available. I came in without an appointment and was helped right away! Great customer service. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I needed a smog test done for the DMV and I was in and out of there in under an hour. The waiting area was also very updated and comfortable to wait in. Very efficient. I witnessed them helping several customers and they seem very honest and knowledgeable. Their prices also seem very competitive and fair. They are great here! Their price the best...$29.98 plus certificate $10.00 totals $40.00! I've never had to wait long here... and sometimes out within 15 minutes! They expanded sometime in the last 2 years and now have a very nice waiting area... even with coffee or water!! Everyone has been nice and pleasant! I recommend this place a lot...for Smog! Will and Diego gave me peace of mind today! My tire pressure light had been on for days and I tried to add more air and mange without taking it to a shop but it wouldn't turn off. I went to Hi-Tech because of the great reviews even though there are multiple tire shops in the area! I was happy I did! They were approachable, friendly, and nice! They took my car right away and even topped off my windshield fluid. I had such a great experience that I will return and recommend them to my friends! I noticed my passenger side rear tire was low and I was about 20 miles away from home. I found Hi-Tech Auto on the Internet and drove in. I asked the young man at the desk if I could add air to get home safely and he said "Let's check it out". He called a service personnel who jumped right on it. Turned out I had picked up a nail and they repaired the tire and checked the pressure in all the tires. Done in less than 30 minutes and for a very reasonable price. I had a flat tire off the freeway during a rainy night, coincidentally the whole pit crew was there assisting one of their team members who was in a major car accident, and then they saw me who just had a flat tire but they didn't hesitate to help me and begun getting the spare tire without any hesitation. Today, for example (Saturday), is one of their busiest days since they close early & are closed on Sundays. Wahed and his crew are the best! I recently bought a Tesla Model Y Performance and had them install some KW Coilovers, camber arms and new wheels. They took their time and made sure the ride height and compression/rebound settings were exactly where I wanted. Price was super reasonable and they made sure to align it properly too. As a car guy and now officially a Tesla guy who is picky about my cars I would definitely trust Hi-Tech to work on any of my vehicles. Tesla owners should definitely bring their cars to Wahed.
