Don came to my house and explained everything that needed to be done to my natural stone tile to make them look like they were intended to look. My grout also looked awful. I have nothing but good things to say about Don and his guys. I called him after being bored one day, eating lunch at the table, flipping through the mailer coupons. I always set a few aside that interest me thinking maybe one day I'll call them and get my life together. Well 2022 is that year. I decided to DEEP clean the house. I got online and requested a quote and he called me and came out the next day. We chatted while he measured our area. Gave me the estimate, I discussed with my hubs, I texted him back and said let's get this done! About a week later (with my conflicting schedule) his guys were prompt to call and say they were on their way. Got in, did their thing with a few hiccups (a hose blew a leak so they had to wait in a new one) and now our tile and grout look amazing! read more

I had several things done, some great, some lacking. I had carpets cleaned including cat urine and Brandy did a fantastic job at that, especially deep cleaning the soiled areas. The tile cleaning was another matter. Carlos missed the edges of the ceramic (see photos). I also had some polished travertine cleaned but it looks like only the high traffic parts were cleaned. The center of the floor is now matte with polished nearer the wall. Also had a travertine shower cleaned and it was only cleaned halfway up while the estimate was for the entire height. Yesterday we had Grout Plus LV come out and clean the tile floors in our 3 bathrooms, wet bar and laundry room. They did a FANTASTIC JOB!!!!! From start to finish from Owner Don coming out to give an estimate and arranging a day for the work, smooth and painless process. Ask for Don, a tech not the owner and Carlos as the tech's to do the actual work, you will be happy you did. Our tiles were over 6 years old and the finish was a little dull and looked old. After Carlos used the floor buffer and cleaner to clean all the tile and Don on his hands and knees patiently recolored and sealed our grout, all our rooms look better than the day they were installed. It looks like new and we are so happy!!!! No upselling or b.s. involved. Work done as promised and better than promised on time and on price. Wow! What a disappointment! My shower looked really nice after Grout Plus finished replacing the grout. We let it sit for almost two weeks to completely dry. When I took a shower for the first time (this morning) the water wasn't draining. Unfortunately, they allowed the wet grout to go down the drain where it hardened and clogged the drain! And, they let the old grout go down the drain causing further clogging! What a pain! read more

beware of who you let in your house!!! grout plus came to my house to clean the grout and porcelain tile floors throughout. once the grout / floors were clean, the grout joints still didn't look much better. so i had them colored seal the grout joints. which did look better, but they never removed all the color sealer from the edges of the tiles. they were also hired to re-grout and or repair the grout at the master shower area. there were supposed to remove all grout that was cracking, falling out, etc and remove any grout from the inside and outside corners, then fill those in with caulk. they didn't do that. they left the grout in place and ran the caulk over the existing grout. the worst part of all this was when donald jr and one other of his employees (omar) came back to color seal all the joints. they went through my jewelry drawer. my gold / diamond watch was missing! back in 2006 my wife gave this to me for my 60th birthday, the watch was appraised at $5300.00 then. today it's probably worth $15000.00 because of the increase value of gold. this watch also had great sentimental value and that exact model is no longer available so can''t even be replaced! besides that, i paid don $2300.00 for the work they did here. i spoke to don (the owner) numerous times about this, i asked him if he has insurance. he said he has insurance but he will not file a claim because his deductible is $1500.00 and his insurance will go up. i told don that one of these employees took the watch, they were the only ones in the house during the time they were working here. there wasn't any other workers or cleaning people here. i did filed a police report, detective said he will do everything possible to try to get it back. naturally if i could give it less then a zero i would!!! read more

We got two bids to clean our tile floors. The owner of Grout Plus gave us an estimate that was less than HALF of what the other major firm offered, so choosing between them was a no-brainer. We had to postpone the treatment because of the coronavirus, and the owner was happy to accommodate us. He called a few days before to confirm. The two workers (one of them his son) arrived on time with gloves and masks and began to set up. They finished in four hours and did an amazing, nonstop job for the agreed price. The owner himself showed up to inspect the work and offered suggestions to both us and the workers. Our tile and grout has never ever looked so spotless, virtually brand new. Got estimate from Don Logan ((Las Vegas). He wrote on it ,and told us he'd be here today 7/1/20. So, in preparation we displaced all our furniture. My husband finally called him after being over 1 1/2 hrs late. He said it was NEXT Wednesday even though the invoice said 7/1. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DON LOGAN IS A DISGRACE. Absolutely the worst cleaning job I have ever seen on my Travertine flooring. Totally outdated cleaning equipment we used in our business 30 years ago...In fact they only came with a huge cleaning machine that rotated the solution which was dumped on the floor from a water bucket!!! I called the Owner, his response was a laugh??? And," I don't know why it was done this way.".REALLY! I paid for a Bullet prove sealer. The tech used only a few drops from the container as to save the solution. I purchased a gallon from Dupont and offered it to be used but it was declined. It was so obvious, they were more concerned pleasing the owner with a fast finishing job, than to do the job I paid $1330.00 for. And now the light colored cleaning pad I use on my steam mop is still dark after mopping the floor, just like it was before I hired this company. BEWARE! I got a couple of quotes before having our tile/grout cleaned. The were much better and had a better feeling about the company. The technicians (workers) were excellent. Brandy was so happy and explained everything and was very concerned about our being satisfied. When it was finished, first time we'd had it done in several years, it looked so much better. We noticed an area in the kitchen was still not great, but I truly believe it is because of the length of time we waited toc clean it in the first place. We moved into our new house a year ago, unfortunately we were to busy to get the floor tiles sealed before we moved in. A year latter the beige colored grout lines were becoming discolored, especially in the high traffic areas. We have pets and our daughter spilled black coffee on the kitchen tile floor. Built a new home and when I went to pick out the flooring options, the designer didn't recommend using a similar colored grout with my wood look tiles. Instead he suggested white! What a huge mistake that was. He came out the next day & gave me a great quote (no hidden fees) for around 610sq ft of all our Porceline tile/grout downstairs. Steve came out the following day and did a fantastic job cleaning all the tile/grouting. He was extremely professional, friendly, wore a mask & ensured safe practice. Steve was very detailed & even moved around some heavy furniture to ensure every bit of the tile was cleaned. Was surprised to see how dirty the tile/grout had been as he went room to room. These guys are top notch. Jesse who gave me the estimate and then later did the work was an absolute perfectionist like myself and I not once had to ask for something to be done or done properly.
