Given some health issues that made it hard for me to keep up with extra cleaning tasks beyond the basics, we needed help with cleaning three sofas, a loveseat, and a chair. All-in-all, we were happy with the cleaning upholstery service here. They were super quick with communication, and the pricing was clear and up-front. They laid out what info they needed from me, provided scheduling options quickly without needless back and forth, and provided an easy portal and confirmation emails for a smooth process and status tracking. The actual service was also pretty good. The only thing I wish they'd clarified was how they handled stains, such as marker stains. It'd have been nice to know beforehand how they dealt with them, if at all, and what to expect with that. Otherwise, the value was overall standard and good compared to other similar businesses.

Gus visited us for a consultation and quote in July, but it was not until six months later we were ready to get the job done. I called the office and our quote was quickly located and the job was scheduled. On the big day Gus and his army arrived promptly on time. His expert team - there were six in all - went right to work getting the work area prepped for the job to be done. As with just about any project the prep work is key. They expertly wrapped our furniture and appliances - protecting them from the deep cleaning our floors were about to receive. They carefully removed furniture taking very good care of our home during the work. This team work very hard. They never took a break. They paid close attention to every detail. It was amazing to watch. After the cleaning it was time to deal with the aging grout that was stained and damaged in many places. We opted to have the grout painted. Gus showed us the options by painting a few areas. We opened and closed the shutters to see how each looked under the different light. Once selected the color that everyone on the team grabbed a brush and went to work. The sealing process followed and then it was time to reset the furniture. This team from Silver State Flooring Restoration worked their you-know-what off. The result is we have stone floors that look nothing short of amazing. We are more than pleased with the quality of the work. The price we paid and the aftercare we can now expect. We are more than happy to recommend Silver State for YOUR home or commercial project.

I just wish we were sold a better quality product. I relied too much on the sellers word without scrutiny. It has been over just a year the floors were installed and we have cracks. The one video shared was recently fixed but we now have another crack upstairs and I am left with no additional flooring to fix any further damages. Per the seller this product is no longer available. I waited to review Vegas Flooring Outlet this long to ensure we were sold a quality product which seems unlikely. I am disappointed with the quality even though they look good we will have a lot of issues with cracking. It's like walking on eggshells- literally. After reviewing online opinions this type of problem is due to the lack of quality of the product. Also the flooring was not leveled properly. New flooring should be expected to last at least five to ten years before needing replacement. I feel gotten over and I will consider another flooring company for future projects.

HIs pricing was competitive but since he offered so much attention to detail, I didn't mind that he wasn't the cheapest. Also, John was very responsive via email. Again, no phone! AWESOME! She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. We discussed all of the necessary supplies we would need for tile work and placed the order. We were fully covered for the tiling jobs since our project manager only told us to order the tile. Turns out we needed all but the thin set. Our project manager neglected to tell us prior to ordering that we did not need the thin set but Alyssa assured me that anything that wasn't needed could be returned. I wasn't able to speak to the project manager until the following day and it turns out the thin set was not needed, so I was able to have the order adjusted prior to pick up by our project manager. Alyssa knows her stuff for sure! I asked her honest opinion on grout color choices and she led me in the right direction! We are very thankful for all of her help and guidance and expertise through this journey. When we return to the store for future purchases, we will remember Alyssa for sure. To cancel the thin set from the order prior to pick up, I called this afternoon and spoke with Aidan and Aidan was able to process the return before our pick up and issue a credit to our account. Tony walked me through everything , from the different types of tile to the kinds of grout . The difference between ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone. If you are thinking of doing your own tile project, definitely go to Floor & Decor, ask to speak with a manager, and schedule an appointment with Tony. He'll set you up on a Saturday and make sure you leave with all the knowledge you need. They offer DIY classes which I think is an amazing idea. You walk out of there feeling confident in your projects. . This place reminds me of Home Depot but for flooring . They carry beautiful tile pieces and pretty good price compared to other tile stores I've looked into. Their delivery fee is $250 .

I prepaid for the estimated quote over the phone. Max, with the back office team, confirmed my schedule and was available if I had questions. Carla was my cleaning professional. She arrived early, showed up with all her tools and solutions in hand. She put on booties as she entered my home. She walked the two bathrooms and then got to work. She ran over by 30 minutes. Max, called to confirm the extra time so Carla could continue to work. The whole time Carla was available for questions and asked for my inspection after the work. She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Tip was added to the invoice after the work was completed. No need to hand over cash or deal with cards. The work was beyond great. Dusted, mopped, trash emptied, mirrors clean, trash liners added to the dust bins, and even the paper label put over the toilet cover and seat to show it had been sanitized. Great team Carla and Max. The ladies that came to clean our house did a good job, I won't deny that. But the whole process would have been a lot smoother and less frustrating had the coordination and billing been more upfront. I requested a move out cleaning and had coordinated pricing based on square footage and rooms with someone over the phone. They knew what they were quoting me for. I'll admit, my rental did need a little more work but it wasn't in obscene condition by any means. I thought superb maids' pricing was competitive, until the day of the cleaning. Only 2 hours into the cleaning, I got a call, they hit me with an additional $315 dollar fee because they needed more time. They gave me the option to not pay the fee but that meant "prioritizing" certain areas and not completing the move out clean. When I booked the service, I got the impression that the cost was a flat fee for the specific service. At no point did they discuss additional fees with me. Also keep in mind that on their website, under the move out cleaning page it specifically says: "Tasks are defined and approved before the service begins -- pricing is fixed in advance" Which was very misleading in my case. The staff were all friendly, and good to work with (as good as it could be with a situation like this I suppose). But the whole situation left me blindsided and with a bad taste in my mouth. If you're looking to hire superb maids, they'll do a decent job, but make sure you ask about fee pricing up front so you don't get surprised on the back end. P.S. check your trash bins after a move out cleaning. One of the "typical" services included with move out is supposed to include "trash removal", yet they left trash in my bin which was a no go on my move out inspection with my landlord.

I work in healthcare and depart before getting to see them in the early hours of the morning. In June 2026, my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly in the hospital. That following week as I was fumbling through my days and life the team arrived to clean our home. I had ran an errand, and when I returned, the ladies were busy doing their tasks. I came into the kitchen and the woman that my mother was so fond of specifically took one look at me, and I her, and we both began to cry. We hugged and shared our grief for a few moments. It was notable for me on so many levels. She understood and truly felt my pain and loss, and I too saw her sincerity and heart. Not only has this amazing team and company tended to our home for many years now, with love and kindness, they have become a valued part of our life. They touch and are present with all that is around our world. They are irreplaceable to me. I realized that they not only tend to our homes and make life a bit sweeter for us, but they have an investment with those of us they see regularly. How lucky am I to have found this amazing company. Upon my initial call Don (owner) came out to give me a quote. The work being done is a rental property and the grout had not been cleaned in probably 10 or so years. I wanted to have the kitchen, laundry and two bathrooms cleaned and resealed. The kitchen was especially bad due to grease build up. Don took the time to bring in some supplies and work an area in both the kitchen and one of the bathrooms to show me if the grout (especially in the kitchen around the stove) would even come clean. It was clear that the kitchen area would take a little more time but that it would come much cleaner than its current condition. Omar arrived to do the work on the appointed scheduled date and time. He was friendly, courteous and was intent on making certain I was happy with the work as he went along. On a side note, I was surprised and very happy that they place plastic barriers on all the drywall/trim wall corners so that their hoses do not mar up your walls as they drag around the corners!! The end result is night and day, the grout (and tile) is so much cleaner and the floors look great. There were a few spots that did not come clean, but I do not feel that was their fault. We used Grout Plus to clean and seal out Travertine tile and grout. It was a few years since we had it done and were concerned how clean could it really get...Don came out and gave us a quote. He explained the process and gave a very competitive price including a discount for mentioning Yelp and Angie's list. Brandy and Omar were our techs. We have approximately 1500 square feet of 18" Travertine Tile and they worked very hard getting to look fantastic. Grout lines looked like new and the tile was excellent. Brandy also showed us how we may want to fill a few stone holes or spider cracks. They were helpful showing us the products they were using and made sure to be careful around our newly painted baseboard. We will use them again and refer them to friends. We were very happy with the service we got from Grout Plus. We had a cleaning and grout coloring done. From Don who did the estimate, to Dale who did the actual job - everything was great. Dale went out of his way to be helpful as well as doing a fantastic job with the cleaning and service. When he saw me struggling to help my husband move heavy stuff he jumped in to relieve me every time. (this is something home-owner are supposed to do themselves due to liabilities) The floor looks fantastic and they offer a one year check-up. I chose them over a competitor, not just for their much better prices, but for the estimate Don did. Just seemed more experience and not doing the hard sell on me. First I got an in home estimate the same day I called for prices. This happened to be on a Friday afternoon, so I was surprised. Don went over options and costs. My home is 10 years old and until we just bought it I believe no one had ever cleaned and sealed the grout. It should have been pale gray but was nearly black in places. Terrance and Brandy came out on Tuesday morning and worked their magic. My tile does not look brand new, but they didn't promise that. It does look close to that and about a million times better than it did! So good that I didn't feel it necessary to have the grout painted which would have made it look brand new. My pool looks like new! Don came out to my home on time and gave me an estimate, He was very professional and not pushy. I had another company come out and give me an estimate. The second estimate was over 30% higher. I called and spoke to the owner. He was arrogant, telling me "you get what you pay for".He told me Don's company wouldn't do as good of job, clean up after etc. I decided to risk it. I went with Don's company. Had these guys come out this week and clean our travertine tile. I was amazed at how much lighter it turned out. We just moved into this house so I'm not sure how long it has been since they had it cleaned but it was an amazing difference. I will probably have them come back on a yearly basis to keep the travertine looking good. It really is a lot of work to clean the grout and tile if you don't have professional tools. It wouldn't be much cheaper to rent and do it yourself so there's no way I would, besides they really are professionals at doing it. Thanks for doing a great job and great service! read more

I cannot praise this company enough for a fantastic experience in getting my grout cleaned up. Don Logan came at my request to evaluate the situation and we set up a day for work. The crew showed up on time, carefully prepared the site for the cleaning with tarps to protect the work areas. The estimated time was 2.5 hours and they spent almost four hours to complete the project to both our expectations. I would consider my experience a five star event. Arranged to have Grout Plus clean over 1300 square feet of tile and grout at my house. Don measured all the rooms and provided a quote. On the day of the cleaning, I arranged to have everything moved and ready for cleaning. Andrew showed up on the scheduled appointment day and did his magic. After about 5 hours, my tile and grout look excellent again. I highly recommend using this company for anyone who needs their tile and grout cleaned. The entire home (1900 square feet), except for the primary bathroom, has ceramic tile floors. And this tile looked BAD! Dirt embedded in the textured surfaces, grout that had maybe never been sealed. I've never had floor restoration work done, and didn't know what to expect, price-wise or results-wise. Bayron came for the consultation, measured everything, and explained how they do what they do. I was at first taken aback at the $ amount of the bid, but let me tell you...IT IS WORTH IT!!! And yes, they worked with me to make it a bit more comfortable for me financially. Bayron promised during the consultation that they would make the floors look "90% - 99% like new." Many businesses make empty or inflated promises but NOT Silver Knights - these tile floors look like they were just installed! I was blown away by the quality of the work, and the fact that the crew went over EVERY SQUARE INCH of the nasty old grout and made it a new, pleasing, CLEAN, sealed color. There was one issue that occurred when the crew was trying to remove old paint stains from the wall edges of some of the tile, and Bayron promised to make good on it. He came a couple of days later and did the work himself to make it right. I've got one "before" and a few "after" pictures I"ll share...but they don't really show the stark differences all that well. Suffice to say, I'd recommend Silver Knights Floor Restoration for any job you've got. They will give it to you straight on the estimate, and make good on whatever they promise. Bravo!

A bunch of spots left behind, no scrubbing done at all (until I practically had to beg while pointing out a number of heavy traffic spots that looked bad). He did the whole house (about 1,500 sq ft of accessible carpet) in 90 minutes by a single person for $200 which is the fastest we've ever had it done (hastily done). It stayed wet for 36 hours (supposed to day in 4 hours). I texted Brian, who is usually quite reliable, and got no response. Hopefully this is a one off for them and they haven't gone downhill altogether. If you wind up going with these guys, definitely ensure you don't get stuck with Luis!

Over the years, the sink became scratched and stained. After Like-Nu was done, it looked like new. The other project was to fix a large and fairly deep crack in the shower seat (a tenant stood on it...!). They matched the fiberglass color perfectly on z 20+ year shower - you can't even tell that there was any prior damage. It wasn't free, but their price was reasonable and they were great communicators.

We had never sealed our shower and started having some mold growth was starting to get harder and harder to remove. Axel took his time to make sure everything came out right. He communicated exactly what needed to be done and how. He even made sure after removing the moldy grout that the floor below was dry so we would not have any more mold growth. It took an extra couple of days because he wanted to make sure the subfloor was properly dried out before laying any new grout, as there were signs of moisture.
